Colin & Connor delivered and installed my Miele dishwasher. Both engineers arrived as arranged, were efficient & knew exactly how to install the new machine and fitted the kitchen unit facing onto the machine door perfectly. Both men were courteous and delightful. Very satisfied.

Shaun MC was brilliant from start to finish. He gave me a call before arriving, which was really appreciated, and was polite and well-mannered throughout. He took great care bringing the washing machine into the house and made sure everything was done without causing any mess or damage.

Before he left, he asked if I had any questions or concerns and made sure I was happy with everything. He even wished me a great day, which was a really nice touch. Excellent customer service and a credit to the company. I honestly couldn’t recommend Shaun highly enough!

Giuseppe installed our washing machine today. He also took the old one away. He was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He was quick but very thorough. He even waited as I was running late. Great engineer. Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service - Warren our Technician was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and took great care ensuring our dishwasher was fitted carefully making sure it was level, working and fitted properly, old one taken away, with no disruption to our kitchen. Arrived on time and Company kept us updated throughout. Definitely recommend, thank you!

Thanks Lee G. Gave me half hours notice for my fridge arriving which was great and then offered to carry it upstairs for me. First time in a long, long time a delivery guy hasn’t left a large item on my door and said they aren’t allowed to help carry it in so taking it upstairs was a huge bonus!!! Thank you
