Good product, good price, fast shipping, transparent "issues" with the product. Only thing they could have done different is use transparent tape and not brown tape.... Other then that really happy.

Fast shipment, no unnecessary packaging. The turntable indeed had minor damage to the box (as clearly stated on the website). The product is in 100% new condition and is working perfectly, while I received a nice discount on the actual newprice. Looking forward to obtain additional items this way!

Kind and considering costumer service
I had ordered a monitor which was described to be fully functional with some traces of use. However, when it arrived the speakers didn't seem to work. As this was not a big problem for me, I send an Emial to the constumer service about the situation and asked if I could get a partial refund. They responded within a day and kindly agreed to compensate me for the dysfunctional speakers.

If you don't need the latest greatest, you can make a really good deal here. And you do a good deed by giving second hand products a new live.
They also donate money to an environmental cause from each sale.
The iPad I bought looks almost brand new. So, I'm really happy to have discovered this shop.

Happily surprised with the amazing product.
At the beginning I was a bit skeptical, a new product, except it was 500 instead of 600 euros. There must be something wrong with it, you would think.
Because it wasn't available second hand online I decided to try Productpine. After only two days the package was already delivered, in the original box with some minor damages on the box but still sealed. When opening the box it was all still in de original plastic bags.
Very happy with the the product and likely to order again.
