They picked up and delivered my Harley Davidson as promised and there were no unfortunate surprises. While shopping for a transportation company, I discovered that many, many of the companies were scammers and liars. They low balled me then a week later wanted more money or cancelled the contract, or they failed to pickup the motorcycle as promised several times, and two dozen other companies kept soliciting me for my business and would try to sell me by giving me horror stories about their competition. Fortunately, Profexo kept their promises and were the lowest, legitimate, quote that I received. So, I was relieved when my motorcycle arrived on time, in good condition and for the quote as promised

These guys are scam artists
These guys are scam artists. They originally quoted a "flat rate" to ship our vehicle across country and then the day before pickup they raised the price almost 50% due to "driver shortages." We came to find out after talking with the driver that was contracted to deliver the vehicle that the driver had agreed to the original price offer and the upcharge was for them to make more money for themselves, which they lied about. We also spoke with one of the bosses of the rep from Profexo who agreed to take 50% off of the final delivery price due to the lies about the price and the length of time it would take to get the car here. They said they would send an email to confirm the new amount due which never came after repeated texts and phone calls. They lied about the price, the location of the vehicle when it was supposed to be in transit, and the length of time it would take to get here. They said 3-5 days when the driver confirmed that the average time for across country is 7-9 business days. They offer the world up front and then work their scams afterwards. Do no trust these people to ship your vehicle.

The process was a bit of a screw up. Didn't get the price they quoted me. They blamed it on someone else (maybe they were right, maybe not???). The car did finally get picked up and delivered.

The spam email came from info@ company with the name of Frank Steven. I sent my complaint to this company by email but they just ignored it.
