Very clear above, friendly staff, good value

Really good service, the engineer came and advised I needed a new machine as parts and labour would be more then the cost. Although I had to wait 3 weeks for a new machine it was worth it, a brand new machine and works perfectly.

Worth the insurance

Staff member was very helpful and thorough...I was surprised at how cheap the cover is - am paying less for 3 items than I was for 2 with my previous insurers.

Following my recent post just to say the matter has been dealt with satisfactorily and I am now very happy with my new Indesit tumble dryer which arrived on Saturday.

Anthony explained everything in simple detail I could understand exactly what my policy entitled me to he was polite and professional in his approach very happy with the whole process.

They took my money. Didn’t refund my money after they cancelled my policy. I have emailed already and called this morning and no help still !!!

I was called back after completing a quote online from Prominence and I spoke to Anthony who was very professional and answered any of my questions. I have to say for the extremely competitive price quoted my existing provider couldn’t come anywhere near this quote. As a bonus on top I queried excess prices and after the qualifying 45 day period there aren’t any excess fees either. Obviously no experience as yet of any claims and hope not to have to but based on my experience so far in terms of quote and cover gained, most impressive. I haven’t yet discovered if there is a related app or online account to manage any claims or the policies through but based on the phone calls had to date they are very thorough and efficient via the phone speaking to real people. Great job so far Prominence!
