Efficient customer service
Took out two policies today for multi-kitchen appliance cover for two different properties. Dealt with Lloyd who was very patient and good-humoured throughout the call and was a pleasure to deal with.
I also liked that the phone was answered very quickly and I was not subject to lengthy recorded messages and stuck on-hold! So far so good for Prominence Support!
