Stating next day delivery and took over two weeks. Charging 80 pound and not delivering within the timescales. Automated email replies with no real apologies just blaming an increase workload. Disappointed as after spending all that money and expecting it next day and items being two weeks later is unacceptable

Our visit to Propstore's London warehouse was an unforgettable experience and truly the highlight of our trip. The warm welcome and engaging tour led by Jamie made it even more special. Jamie's knowledge and passion for cinematic memorabilia shone through, and his personable nature (and memorable sweater!) left a lasting impression on us and our kids, who couldn't stop talking about the visit. The collection was astonishing, with standout pieces like the Alien Queen and the Mars Attacks puppet sparking endless conversations afterward. The team's dedication to showcasing and preserving movie history is clear. Highly recommend visiting or engaging at Auction or in their vast Buy-now offerings with Propstore—it's an experience no entertainment memorabilia enthusiast should miss!

Recently, I placed an order with Propstore. As always, the way in which it was handled was second to none. The customer service including updates during the process was exceptional. The packaging again, was incredibly well put together with care and attention for the items inside. I would not hesitate to use the services of Propstore again in the future!

We were lucky enough to be on the Propstore Tour this week, and absolutely loved every bit of it.
Graham and Luke, our Guides, were brilliant - informative, enthusiastic and had a great sense of humour. We particularly loved the behind the scenes stories of some of the props and how they were found and authenticated. Inspired to rewatch some classic films now we've seen the props and wardrobe pieces up front. All apart from Forest Gump - sorry Graham, I'm not watching that one again.

Overall a great experience.
Very attentive team with so much knowledge and a real passion for what they all do.
Extremely accommodating of everything I wanted to look at, measure and photograph for reference as part of my own assessment for the value of bids I may place.

Had a fantastic showroom and warehouse tour with Chris and Jamie today. The guys were amazing as was the amount of iconic movie props, memorabilia and musical instruments. Simply amazing.

Visited Prop Store ahead of their auction to check out what was going to be sold this year, and couldn't have been happier with the whole experience! Had a tour set up by Jamie and was shown around by Sam - both of whom were incredibly helpful and full of knowledge about the props and film in general, so a real pleasure all round.

Would recommend to anyone with an interest in film/tv and memorabilia

Super-helpful and friendly staff, selling amazing memorabilia across many franchises and interests. Nothing is too much trouble for them, if they don't know something, they find out. Sadly, I cannot say the same for the awful FedEx delivery company, but that is in NO WAY the fault of Propstore. I would recommend Propstore to anyone looking to build their collection.

I haven't been contacted by Propstore if my posters sold.
Propstore contacted me after i sent the sentence above. Their quick explanation that my posters were not included in this auction caused me to change my experience to 5 stars.

I've picked up a few things over the years from both the UK and LA locations. There is a lot of care, detail and artistry that goes into creating these items that you just don't see on the screen. I find they are just lovely. Items are always well packed and shipping has been dependable. If they have any concerns or questions they reach out immediately. If you're picking up auction items, the process is very transparent, you can stream the live auction or follow the feed and they are very attentive to the bidders.

Working with Propstore is an amazing experience. I have bought a number of items from both the UK and the LA Propstore locations and both experiences are stellar. You can trust these folks cause they know what they are doing and that is true across the board. You always get a friendly/helpful manner where all questions are addressed and all concerns are taken care of....it is a pleasure to deal with these folks...professional in everyday!!! Thanks

Had a minor issue with a screw missing for my display. After a little back & forth explaining the situation propstore in the end did go above & beyond. My issue was more than resolved, they’ve certainly earned my future business!

Expensive shipping fees and slow shipping turn around, but they have good product. Sometimes you have to dance with the devil in the pale moonlight.

3rd visit to propstore, and never disappoints. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the tour is always very enjoyable. So much cool stuff!!! Hope to visit again in the not too distant future.

What an amazing group of people! There was a minor issue with shipping and they were on top of it and made everything right. Very responsive and very kind.
