The customer service I received during my insurance application was by far the best I have ever experienced! The staff were very helpful,knowledgeable and basically ...friendly. No talking to robots droning on and on,and as they dealt with my application,they were always courteous and patient with me. Mine was not a straightforward life insurance application,as I have medical issues and it took my doctor a long time to reply to the insurance company. Protected rang frequently to keep me updated on the progress and were always happy to help. Recommend them to anyone.

Easy and straight forward
Although it took quite a long time to set up as they had to obtain medical records. After they had received them it was a matter of days when they contacted me to finalise the insurance. They were very accommodating to my situation and extremely knowledgeable.
