Although the settings were successful tested prior to rhe date of exam, on the day of exam it took about 30 minutes for the camera to work. Tried all 3 browsers and none worked except for Edge.

Exam proctor was not as friendly and had to show the camera many times including a ‘mirror’ of the laptop I was using. Only way to show that is by showing a mirror from another room like bathroom mirror or by using cellphone camera which was confusing to accomplish. The proctor was blurred the entire time and my prior proctored exam experience was not like this recent PSI exam experience. They showed their face and it was thorough and more professional going through the video process checklist provided before the exam. It seemed to be overkill to be repeatedly show every single thing in the room especially if part of the room and unable to remove it. The proctor should also be required to be on camera just like the exam takers. After the exam I just had a simple question if the exam results were going be available and proctor just wanted the session to end and told me to check with my managing broker. I received email with the detail results and all proctor had to say was that. Thanks

The practice test was representative and close but clearly changes were made to the exam online.

I have caught some wrong answers and then when I ask the AI to show me how it got to the wrong answer it can't. 50x20x1.5 is not 30,000 its 1500, but you guys say its 30,000. So, it's very frustrating!!

Also, when I ask to show me what code number its referencing it can't, even when it asks for the answer out of a code book. Like it asked for the fire rating of a load bearing wall that is set 30' away from the property line. Its 2 hours but I wanted to know where it was in the IBC, because that is where it told me to look in the question. It ran me in circles and I asked google. Appendix D would have been helpful with a bit of a run thru on getting there would be helpfull.

Also if I'm doing a residential test, shouldn't it a line more with the books I'm using for the test being done by you guys? Like the IRC and not the IBC. I'm not even aloud the IBC for the test, but it keeps asking me stuff from the IBC.

Staff was professional, room and supplies were excellent

It was the most confusing experience ever
It was difficult to find the pretest and study guides, and it was even more difficult trying to figure out how to access them after I purchased them. It took multiple attempts of waiting to get an email because of the delay in receiving the emails.

I honestly cannot believe how utterly inflexible and unreasonable the testing staff were. Because I was wearing a hooded shirt, they flat-out refused to let me enter, and I wasn’t even allowed inside at all. I even suggested folding the hood inside so it wouldn’t be an issue, but they still said no. At that point, they could have simply checked that there was nothing inside the hood and let me in, which obviously wouldn’t have caused any real problem. Not even a warning, not even a chance to fix it on the spot.
If they had even the slightest bit of common sense, they could have sold cheap T-shirts right there for situations like this, and people like me wouldn’t be absurdly turned away without even being allowed to take the exam. The entire system is so ridiculously stupid that I’m honestly speechless. Now I’m forced to wait several more weeks just to reapply. Do they have any idea what a massive waste of time and money this is for me?! I am beyond furious and completely appalled. What an unbelievably frustrating and infuriating day.

PSI 3-practice test pack was extremely beneficial to my learning, application and understanding. Worth it for the value of helping one attain the National and CT real estate salesperson license.

Took an exam with this company. The first time was an okay experience. The wait time to actually take the test could be improved. Your brain is full of study materials and you have to go through a excessive process to even get back to take the test. The second time taking an exam through this company. I provided my government ID as well as passport and they denied me.Would not let me take the exam that I booked months in advance. They said Ca. B.A.R. does not have my middle name listed on there file but my identification has it. I showed them it was listed on the Ca. B.A.R. portal website first middle and last. As well as i took an exam from the same program with the same referral and identification. Which they said i shouldn't have been able to take the first exam.To even get the exam referral you have to upload your government ID. They said sorry call the B.A.R. and find out how to fix it.

PSI Testing Center provides an organized and supportive testing environment. Their system is efficient, and the staff is professional and helpful, which make the whole process smooth and less stressfull. I had a positive experience with PSI Center, the staff is very polite and heartwarming, which made me more comfortable to pass the exam.

The National practice portion is great. Its on line and comes with incredible support options, (for a fee). However, I think the State portions should also be available to access similar to the National portion.

I orderd the Massachusetts practice material as a PDF. It is horribly desihned and if studying for this isn't stressfull enough, the design is a "mess". You can't print portions out, the answers to the questions have explanations but not the questions it pertains to. Because you can't print it out, you have to scroll back up to hundreds of pages. Who thought thid was a good structure? To make matters worse, you pay for it thinking it would be just as well thought out as the National. I doubt that you had end users testing this document when it was compiled.

Every State should have similar online testing and review similar to the National. I know it's a lot to compile, so if you need assistance, I woulf be willing to accept a position to do this. It would help many people avoid the frustration I am currently going through with this horrible Massachusetts review and practice test document.

When I signed up to take my test through PSI I was not able to select the correct test, so I selected the one provided and did the at home test. I started working with an instructor the next week and I was told to call in and cancel all of that get a refund and schedule the correct test over the phone and take the test in person. All that was accomplished. I go into take my test in person and I was not provided with all of the supplies the PSI testing was to supply me with while I was taking my test. I failed that test the testing site wrote a incident report told me to call into psi and get a refund or my next test free. I did this and was told I would get a call back with 3-5 buisness days so I called every 6th day for a month and half. Finally I was sick of waiting for psi to call back I scheduled a new test and pd for it. When I took this test I WAS proving with all of the supplies AND I passed. So again I have been calling every 6 days still to get this refund for the test taken I was not provided with the proper materials. I started this the end of November and it is now the end of February.

Psi exams has poor customer service and major privacy concerns regarding data

Really breaks down the material for me in a way to fully understand the context and the “why’s?” I’m loving the site and feeling prepared to take my exam next week.

The tests were very repetitive but I was good to learn to learn navigation thru the code book.

I needed to quickly obtain proof of my sons' High School proficiency exam taken in 1999. I submitted my request late in the afternoon, within a few hours had a call to clarify a few details, and it was in my email at 8:00 a.m. the following morning. Excellent! I rate them 10 out 10 for their service.

The staff was very helpful and supportive throughout this whole experience.

I ordered the test and gave it day before my exam. I was not aware that the results will only display the scores and not show what I got wrong. If I had known I would have selected grade for each question to check what was wrong. I called the customer support and I was informed that they have sent an email to the department who can display whole results. I waited and received the same report I had at the end of exam. I called again and told the agent that I would like to get full access to what I got wrong abd she stated yes I have sent the email and gave me the email as well to contact directly. I specified each time that I want the information on what questions I got wrong and each time I was informed they are working on generating the full report for you. Even the email I was sent said that they are working on it. Called again was told to wait until 7 pm that evening for the full report. Called at 8 pm as no full report was sent. I was informed at that point there is no full report available. You only get the score and no access to the exam. I was very disappointed as this was day before my exam and had no clue what was wrong and couldn't get in the exam again. I feel like I wasted my money.

The practice test questions were nothing like the actual exam. It was a waste of my money
