Somewhere in this you can put on there that this is a one time test. I called and I was also told that k could only take this test once. For someone like me who has anxiety of taken tests I wish I could have taken this more than once. The coat of this is very extort one time only also

I ordered my book, paid extra to have it shipped overnight and it took 5 days to get to me. I should get a refund because I had to order it from another source in order to get it overnight and I paid considerably more to ship it overnight. When I called your customer service they weren't helpful. All they could tell me was that it was shipped. Very disappointed

Psi has terrible technical difficulties…
Psi has terrible technical difficulties and customer service. To even answer a question or research an issue takes 2-5 business days even if you are on the line with customer support. You get transferred around to multiple departments with barely English speaking “help” only to be told someone will reach out in 2-5 business days. They are a joke!

This was the most frustrating exam…
This was the most frustrating exam experience I have ever had. I honestly feel like words cannnot describe the frustration I feel. The test kept dropping me off. What for? After being dropped off, I have to wait for almost one hour each time. Then conduct a fresh verification of my works space. I have taken exams with Pearson Vue and I thought it was the same standards but this is the worst worst, excruciatingly frustrating exam process I have taken. Absolutely hate the experience. Customer service was terrible too

the worst online testing experience…
the worst online testing experience i’ve EVER had i wish i was kidding. test started at 1:00 pm, didn’t get verified until 1:45 waiting for a “specialist”. In the middle of my test i was disconnected, so i followed the steps they provided in case that happened, waited an HOUR to be reverified. most annoying and unprofessional experience ive ever had.

Technical problems very single time
Every single time I log on to take this test there is some technical problem which causes a delay, the problems are different every time. I wasn't even able to get into my exam this time. I was told by technical support that they would relay the information to customer service, and they will help me reschedule the exam. Neither of those things happened. Customer service didn't have any background knowledge regarding my call transfer and they told me I could call back in 24 hrs to reschedule the exam but I will still have to repay the exam fee. Why would I bother waiting 24 hours when I can reschedule it myself online? If I want my situation escalated to avoid paying the fee, I can wait 2-5 business days.

I did not receive my test results to…
I did not receive my test results to show the items I got wrong to help with my weak areas. I contacted online support but never received a response. The following day I called customer service only she said she could not help me. She only sent the results that showed my percentage wrong and all the right answers but nothing to show what I got wrong. I asked for a refund and she said you did not give refunds. I had to contact a different online support. I contacted them as well and never received a response. I had to resort to going through my bank to challenge the payment.
After reviewing PSI answer, I felt the need to say once again that I did contact the psi online Support team and never received a response by email. I have used the practice test in the past and this system do provide detailed information about your incorrect answers however, I did not receive one when I purchased the test.
