Basically thieves. Never asked for their service and never authorized the $320 of charges they helped themselves to. $220 refunded electronically after lengthy online chat but the promised $127 balance, promised by check two months ago, has never materialized.

Letter being sent to my state's attorney general. Enough is enough.

Very fast response and resolved the issue without any problems.

My experience has been great the company the resources needed was successful.

Customer Service Representative Nancy was quick and responsive in resolving my issue, My issue was that I intended to get a one time report for $20 and instead the company continued to charge me each month. Policy and procedures need to change.

I get this is a business, but they make it seem like you're paying $1 for what you're looking for, and when you go to check out you find out that you're really buying 720 property searches over 24 months. $1 each. Of course billed in easy monthly installments.
Oh, if you want a PDF it's $4. Lots of extra being offered.
Would have been lower score but it was super easy to cancel once I got what I wanted. Carol was fantastic. Took less than a minute to cancel.

Worked fine, but I suggest reading the small print. I thought i would only be paying a dollar for my records. Ended up being $47 total. I believe it was my fault though. Next time, I will pay more attention to all the added costs.

I read where the report was $1.00 but this company charged my credit card $30.00. After access this site my computer locked up with a virus. Beware!

Was prepared for a long proceed to close an account. It was completed in less than 5 minutes. Was so easy to use. Effective service, instant resolution to issues. Great costumer service.

I gave it 4 stars because I was charged for something I did not agree to however when I requested a refund, I received it promptly and the customer service is great. I did receive the record I wanted for the price. I agreed to quickly.

There is a hidden subscription cost that you agree to when you research one record so it cost me $60 to find this out. I would never recommend doing it’s a hidden clause in this Long you agreed to…

It is not obvious at all that when you are interested in finding a document through this source that you are signing up for a subscription. There is minimal information on your “account”, certainly nothing helpful if you are trying to see a detailed list of charges or trying to find out how to cancel your account.
I would recommend you just drive to your local city office for info rather than use this website and sneaky subscription. Don’t get fooled.
