They scam people and don't respond to service request via email. Their phone number is an automated line that tries to sell you a device.
I have a confirmation email that my account was closed on March 16, 2026 and then they charged me every month after.

On or about 03/11/2026, I made a one time purchase of $7 to retrieve lost title for a utility trailer. the purchase was made to Publicrecords.us. Unknown to me, they set me up on a monthly $9.95 subscription. On 07/17/2026 I noticed this charge on my credit card and found I had made 9 payments for a total of $89.55. THIS WAS A SCAM. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL.
