They don’t give you the option to choose what size heating coil comes with the controller. I chose a 14mm male banger that is supposed to fit in a 20mm coil which I got. I also received a 14mm male banger that fits in a 25mm coil. This controller came with a 25mm coil and all my bangers at home are for a 20mm coil. Not that big of a deal but I didn’t have a choice on coil size.

Absolutely atrocious! I ordered an enail kit from them and got something completely different from what was pictured and it did not include half of the stuff that was pictured. The banger was the wrong size for the coil, there was no carrying case, the controller unit is completely different, the whole thing. So when I emailed to ask why and what they would do about it, they took weeks to respond, then told me they would send a silicone jar and new banger, but nothing else. After waiting for more then two weeks to hear if it has been shipped, I have heard nothing back and they are no longer responding. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Only received one item from my order. Huge disappointment

Bad experience I placed an order Jan 19 n it’s now February 6 n I haven’t received my package I been trying to get a hold of customer service but they haven’t gotten back to me when I placed my order it says will arrive 3-7 business days w DHL n that’s not true I ask for a refund cuz I dnt know we’re my package is or when it will come but haven’t heard back from customer service.. I will never buy again from this company not worth it u be like me n waiting for ever for something to come in the mail w no communication back from customer service they dnt care

Scam website. They didn’t send what we ordered or even close. They didn’t respond to emails or phone calls. They are scamming ppl. When you place orders it’s not a mystery box. What they sent was discontinued items that went worth $15 when I paid $80. Then they had the nerve to ask me to review what I had ordered and never gotten.

Can’t remember but it was cancelled by them with no reason? I had forgotten about that or I would have not ordered from them again!!! I placed an order on Jan23/2023 and have yet to get a tracking confirmation number as of February 2nd 2023. FYI the same day I placed 4 orders from other companies two in the USA two in Canada and have received all my orders!!
I have emailed puffing Bird twice with no response!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE PUFFING BIRD I THINK THEY Are TAKING PEOPLES’ money and investing it for a month or so before they fill your order??

You still haven't sent me what I ordered. I ordered an enail kit bundled with a pink dab rig. All you sent me was the glass. Where is my enail? Why aren't you answering my emails or phone calls?

Ordered on December 21st 2022...January 10th 2023 I get an email saying the product was out of stock. Seems like stuff like this happens to everyone that orders from them

Bad experience did not take my credit card payment Did not answer my call or email. So felt suspicious. Rather not do business with you at all!

Bought a kit that was said to include a specialized quartz piece and they forgot to include it, which is basically the most important part of the purchase

My order was cancelled randomly, and I still have yet to receive a response to my email as to why it was cancelled, and my money has not been refunded.

I ordered 2 vape batteries from PuffingBird.CA “Best online smokeshop IN CANADA”, thinking that it was a Canadian store/site. DO NOT fall for this — this turned out to be incredibly misleading because it’s a company shipping internationally out of Hong Kong. This isn’t obvious on their website, and you already have to know about this, or have to really search for it. Since batteries are so difficult to import/export with no guarantees, the only requirement I set when buying 510 batteries was that it HAS TO be from a Canadian based company, to receive the product quickly/without any customs difficultly. Just now (Dec 19th), I just got a notification saying that the items have been “shipped” and am still waiting, even though I placed the order on Dec 5th. Would not order again for these reasons.

To Puffingbird: ​I am seeing the SAME experiences that other customers have shared online via review websites. To retain customers, I strongly encourage you to have local shipment/fulfillment options in the countries you claim to be in, or be upfront/don't say all these countries - if you ship everything from HK anyway, the mention of countries doesn't actually seem useful/relevant other than to mislead people.

Good Products. Exactly what I ordered. Shipping slower than expected. But items arrived safely.
