They stole $1000 from me and never showed with the car to rent. After they get your deposit, they also stop answering the phone. They also only let you reserve with payment via cash app or zelle so you can’t even get your money back.

Great campaign for Orenda! I rent a car periodically because I often go on business trips and have never had any problems.

This company is a fake. They take cash deposit for rental and then ghost you. Never to deliver a car or answer their phone. They are no longer on Instagram and links on webpage are gone . Owner Mark Pugachev not real.

They don’t refund deposits. Google them it’s well known they steal your deposit of $1,000. I kept calling and messaging the guys wife and she just ignored. Probably steals the deposit to go shopping for stuff to show off on instagram instead of being a good business owner refunding good clients.

I’ve rented from them 4x now and never had an issue. However, something has changed with their management and now confirms what reviews say. Paid $1,000 deposit, I got the run around for weeks for my April rental. It’s now June and they stopped answering when I have asked about my deposit. Shame, it was a good company and I gave them over $10K in personal rentals so the lack of customer retention / support is amazing. Oh this isn’t another competitor either like their usual message says. It’s unfortunate I had to post this because I really liked the contact I had but I just kept getting circles which is beyond disrespectful. So if my future business and money is not a priority for this company then my review is worth it to me.

I would happily recommend them to all those are looking for car rental service. Thank you Mark Pugachev for such a great service.
