I was happy to receive my order quickly. I gave one to my sister and she was so happy 😊. She told me that she enjoys hugging her panda. As for me, well my little guy is sleeping with me every night and I sincerely feel a different in my sleep. As for the customer service, I can't ask for better. DO NOT ORDER! This product is cheap and ineffective for its intended purposes that are advertised on the website. I’ve been asking for a full refund per their policy for 7 days now and besides the initial response email I received offering 30% refunded and sadness that I didn’t like the product they put so much time and attention into (which is false-you can find it for $10 on Aliexpress) they have not replied again to acknowledge their stated policies on the website or refund me.

No return policy
The delivery date was pushed out twice, although not as long as others on Reddit described. This stuffie is NOT WEIGHTED at all. There are heavier beads in the ends of the arms only. The most frustrating is they don’t accept returns. They suggest somewhere to “donate it” to a place that only gives you 30% of the $$.

Could not be more pleased with these guys, they are great. Weighted plush arrived in good time, well packaged. Was some small issues with it but the team Could not have been more sincere and helpful. Was gonna be 4 stars but customer service pushed it up to 5 stars. Would highly recommend this company.

Lovely soft sensory toy
Lovely soft, soothing sensory toy. I like the weighted arms, but I would have liked velcro on the paws to keep the arms in place when Sunnie hugs me. Other than that I'm happy with this product. The sloth is the animal I identify with, so I'm delighted with this one.

Product not quality checked

I ordered a sloth with 2 free gifts. When the product arrived it was damaged, an eye was missing and the 2 free gifts were not included. I emailed the company via email many times and via their online portal. They have still not responded to my emails or apologised. The customer experience is poor and goods are not quality checked before they are sent out to the customer.

The product I ordered came faulty with…
The product I ordered came faulty with a very large hole on the arm of the panda.
Followed there return policy as stated on the website and emailed in with the issue and asked for a refund and I still have not heard anything even after following up several times my emails have remained ignored.
With the amount charged for the product which I was happy to pay as this was a birthday present and I loved what the company seemed to be doing however the service received is shocking which is highly disappointing with the high hopes I initially had when purchasing.
