It wasn’t until Trust Pilot followed up on my poor review that I received feedback right away from Pulse of Potential. Due to their involvement I was finally, after over 30 messages, contacted by P o... See more

I tried to order an item, however, I strongly suspect that this is a scam.
1. I was unable to switch the currency - for whatever reason, it only showed CHF, and I couldn't find a way to switch to Euros. Big red flag!
2. There is no information about how much shipping would be. Just a list of how long delivery would take, but nothing about shipping costs. Red flag!
3. The website says that shipping would be free for orders of 60 US$ or more. After adding an item worth CHF 48.00 to the cart, it still told me to add more items worth CHF 12.00 to the cart. However, CHF 48. *are* roughtly 60 US$, so shipping should have been free!
I cannot rely on a website where I don't get proper, reliable information where even basic functions (changing the currency) are not working or the client is tempted to spend (more) money ("shipping free from 60 US$", at the same time "spend 12 CHF more"!).
I have unsubscribed from their newsletter now and will now not order one of their weighted animals, but will order elsewhere.

it was great the products were packed carefully and with love came extremely fast. The first day I hugged panda and did not realize my level of anxiety I slept the whole night through for the first time in a long time. I have one in the living room and one in the bedroom just in case ...

Love! Filled a need I wasn't totally aware that I had. Everyone needs a soft, warm hug daily.

My experience in ordering the panda bear was very good. The order process was very simple. The bear arrived in a very reasonable time. My child loves the bear! The bear is a really good quality.

It has been 6 weeks and I have still not received the weighted panda. I have written 4 emails to their support with no response. When you ‘track my order’ it goes to their website so there is no courier to contact. So either they just have no customer service or are a scam company.

I placed the order for the panda on 03/04/26. It was intended to be a birthday present, and I knew it would take some time to arrive, so I ordered it well in advance.
I tracked the package almost daily and started to get nervous. When I received an email stating that my order was on its way, I was excited, but then nothing happened.
On or about 03/26/26, I checked the status of my order on the company’s website. According to their tracking, the package had been delivered and left on the front porch or near my door. I was confused because I had not seen any packages. I was also home at the time the package was supposedly delivered.
I checked everywhere outside and even asked my neighbors if they had seen anything. I also reviewed my doorbell camera footage, and there was nothing. I then went to the post office listed in the tracking information, and they had no record of ever receiving the package, let alone delivering it to my address.
I emailed the company and received a response from someone named “Sofia.” Her initial response asked me to double-check the delivery area and insisted the package had been delivered. I replied and let her know I had already done that.
She then asked me to confirm my address. Again, she insisted the package had been delivered but offered to send a replacement.
I confirmed my address but requested a full refund. I explained that their system must be incorrect or the package was delivered to the wrong address. Either way, it no longer mattered, since I had already purchased an alternative birthday gift.
She responded that they could not issue a refund. I questioned why. If they were willing to send a replacement, why not simply provide a refund instead?
After that, I continued receiving the same repeated response, even after I pointed out the following from their refund policy:
“If you are not happy with your item, we are always happy to provide a full refund or store credit depending on your preferences.”
Because this item was intended as a birthday gift and is no longer needed or wanted, I can say with certainty, without even receiving it, that I will not be happy with it.
At this point, it feels like I am either receiving scripted responses or communicating with an automated system. As a result, I now have no choice but to take this matter up with my credit card company.
It is a shame, because this gift was intended for a child, which is the very audience the company appears to target. I was looking forward not only to giving him the panda for his birthday, but also to evaluating the product myself. I work closely with NAMI and similar organizations, and had I been satisfied, this is something I would have gladly recommended. Instead, I will be advising others to avoid this company altogether.

I will NEVER recommend this SCAM company. They pretend to assist with your order, in which you receive no real help. I placed an order very early last month and they kept saying it's out for delivery and yet I NEVER RECEIVED IT. EVEN THOUGH THE TRACKING SAID DELIVERED I NEVER GOT THE PACKAGE. ITS BEEN FRUSTRATING DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. IF I HAD NOT GOTTEN A GIFT CARD TO THIS STORE I WOULD NEVER ORDER, WASTING MONEY ON OVER PRICED BOOKS AND WEIGHED ANIMALS YOU CAN BUY CHEAPER AT ANY OTHER ONLINE STORE.

Instant calm. Cozy, snuggly, relaxing, can wear while standing/moving, or lying in the couch. Makes for a good relaxer or hug. Definitely worth the purchase!

Is there less stars available? There was negligible tracking from them of the package or notices of delivery. On the day they said there was a delivery there was none and I was home and there were deliveries that day by Amazon and others. I still am waiting. Also my dog barks loudly when someone comes on the property. No dog barked when they said.
What now? This creates stress and anxiety. Not resolve it.

I gifted Pookie the Panda to three people I love 💗

Unfortunately the product is really poor. I would not have paid £48 (apparently on a huge discount!) for a teddy bear with long arms. The only weight is in the bottom of the arms. It doesn't provide any 'weight' style relief, it's just a £50 teddy bear that has long arms. Really disappointed especially given how they are advertised for mental health. Feels like false advertising.

I want to thank you, deeply! Its helping me so much with the grief of my 18 years old cat's pass. It soothes me when I miss her, or in any other moment of the day, and I wrap it around my neck to sleep and it feels so good ❤️ I feel tender and safe.
The soft furr and body are very well made. Feels great to the hands.
I just bought another one to have in my office, for the people I see in therapy to support them during disregulation.

I love my Sunnie hugs. So soft and comforting on hard days. I will order again and recommend to others. Thank you!

I'm really loving my cuddles with Pookie, so relaxing and calming. Sleeping so much better and enjoying having him on my lap as I watch a film. 🐼

⁸First order didnt arrive. Second did but not easy to sort. V disappounted as only had weughted arms - nit heavy enough. They say they have a 30 day refund policy but will not refund in full as they sre using the fact they had to send out another item as the first didnt arrive as an excuse not to refund in full.Scam? My name is Rachel Carter so you can track my order!!
Since posting the above I have tried to explain to the company that if an online company from outside uk sends a package to the UK it is the companies legal responsibility to ensure it arrives, so the fact they sent another of the item that did not arrive the first time cannot be used against me when I'm asking for a refund for the one that did. They had 30 day refund policy on the website for the item, which I quoted in my email. They have now just removed this text from their website in the ladlst few days - since my email! They keep emailing back that they resent the item that did not arrive for free, therefore they can only refund 30 % of item. I put my name in the review above so therly could easily have tracked my order if they wanted. Terrible service...avoid, avoid avoid.

Makes me feel wanted. Makes me feel real good. Keeps me from being alone. Arms around my neck feel really good. When i touch it, the fur feels like a real cat. I use it mainly when i sleep at night.

I live solo and the Koala is so soft! The weighted arms really do feel like a real hug.
I got a second one for a friend. I gave my koala her name and her koala my name, so when we need a hug she can get one right away from me and I can get one right away from her!
