Word of warning to any one thinking of…

Word of warning to any one thinking of a buying an Air massage gun.
Don't. Mine failed after 18months of light use. Was asked to provide a video of the fault. Which I did. Was then told that sorry its faulty but heres 20% off your next purchase.
What part of something lasting 18 months with light use would make me purchase from you again?

We're sorry to hear that your massage gun developed a fault after 18 months and understand why you were disappointed. This is definitely not a usual occurrence as we have customers who have used their unit for years with no issues. You mentioned that it had light usage, if you are storing it for longer period of time with no charge then it will cause the battery to slowly discharge and gets damaged. This is a common quality of lithium batteries. This is why we recommend in the manual that it needs to be regularly charged.

The video we requested was simply to help our technical team confirm the issue before advising on the available options. As your massage gun was out of warranty, we were unfortunately unable to offer a free replacement. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered a discount on a future purchase in the hope of providing some assistance.

We completely understand that this wasn't the resolution you were hoping for, and we're sorry that it left you feeling let down. Your feedback has been shared with our team, as we always look for ways to improve both our products and our customer experience.

Great products but a long way ahead to level the customer service and logistics to the same standards


First and foremost, I want to highlight the positive aspects. Pulsio’s products are of outstanding quality and genuinely deliver exactly what they promise. They are, without question, excellent.

Unfortunately, this stands in stark contrast to Pulsio’s customer service, their overall customer care, and particularly the logistical side of their supply chain, which, in my experience, is of a very poor and disappointing standard.

A smooth and efficient end-to-end customer journey is one of the key success factors for any successful online retailer. In this respect, Pulsio still has significant room for improvement. As a customer, I quickly got the impression that the primary focus is on sales rather than on providing a complete customer experience.

My second order turned into a particularly frustrating experience. Throughout the process, I was presented with a series of rather implausible explanations that, in my opinion, reflected a lack of knowledge and experience. When I requested that the matter be escalated to management, I received no response whatsoever. Ironically, while my concerns remained unanswered, the company had no difficulty sending multiple reminders and promotional emails encouraging me to purchase a product I had merely viewed on their website.

The combination of exceptional product quality and a highly disappointing post-purchase experience—particularly regarding customer service, customer focus, commitment, and what I believe is the choice of logistics partner—leaves me with no option but to award Pulsio only 2 out of 5 stars.

I sincerely hope that Pulsio’s management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve rather than focusing solely on sales. Their products truly deserve a customer experience of the same high standard !

A first class massage tool & top Quality material.

The massage Pulsio was recommended by my Chiropractor and although I looked at other makes and models, some of which appeared to be less expensive they all did not quite match up to the quality of the Pulsio. I have no regrets on going for this model and yes, it was a fraction more expensive but you get what you pay for in in this instance top quality appliance with great recommendations from many others.
Don't be swayed by cheaper models, you won't regret buying this one and it comes in a beautifully crafted case making easy to travel with as well.

Pulsio Air Massage Gun

Purchased the pulsio air massage dun for £69.99. Arrived quickly. You get 4 different head attachments which are all good and feel different to the other ones. The gun is a really nice easy to hold in hand size. Battery life lasts for a long time. Haven’t had to recharge it yet as it’s still half full. I use this every other day for 5-10 minutes and it really helps with muscle recovery. It puts out such good pressure for a fun of its size. Would highly recommend if you are on the look out for a good quality reasonably priced massage gun

I wanted to update my previous review.

Following my earlier, less positive experience with Pulsio’s customer service, I have been genuinely impressed by how quickly they addressed and corrected things.

I recently contacted Pulsio with a question regarding the use of my latest device. Louise took ownership of my enquiry almost immediately. She provided clear, detailed and informative answers, while also offering practical alternatives tailored to my situation. This was a remarkable contrast to my previous experience.

Her enthusiasm, dedication and, above all, her willingness to think creatively alongside the customer represent exactly what outstanding customer service should look like. It is the kind of support that perfectly complements the exceptional quality of Pulsio’s products.

Excellent customer service deserves to be recognised just as much as excellent products. For that reason, I am more than happy to update my review and upgrade it to a well-deserved 5 stars.

Pulsio Thermasleep

Pulsio Thermasleep.
Quick delivery. Quiet in operation. Easy to fit.
Unfortunately, the Thermasleep just couldn't cope in the current heatwave. Works OK in normal temperatures but was totally ineffective when needed the most.
