Great products but a long way ahead to level the customer service and logistics to the same standards
First and foremost, I want to highlight the positive aspects. Pulsio’s products are of outstanding quality and genuinely deliver exactly what they promise. They are, without question, excellent.
Unfortunately, this stands in stark contrast to Pulsio’s customer service, their overall customer care, and particularly the logistical side of their supply chain, which, in my experience, is of a very poor and disappointing standard.
A smooth and efficient end-to-end customer journey is one of the key success factors for any successful online retailer. In this respect, Pulsio still has significant room for improvement. As a customer, I quickly got the impression that the primary focus is on sales rather than on providing a complete customer experience.
My second order turned into a particularly frustrating experience. Throughout the process, I was presented with a series of rather implausible explanations that, in my opinion, reflected a lack of knowledge and experience. When I requested that the matter be escalated to management, I received no response whatsoever. Ironically, while my concerns remained unanswered, the company had no difficulty sending multiple reminders and promotional emails encouraging me to purchase a product I had merely viewed on their website.
The combination of exceptional product quality and a highly disappointing post-purchase experience—particularly regarding customer service, customer focus, commitment, and what I believe is the choice of logistics partner—leaves me with no option but to award Pulsio only 2 out of 5 stars.
I sincerely hope that Pulsio’s management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve rather than focusing solely on sales. Their products truly deserve a customer experience of the same high standard !

A first class massage tool & top Quality material.
The massage Pulsio was recommended by my Chiropractor and although I looked at other makes and models, some of which appeared to be less expensive they all did not quite match up to the quality of the Pulsio. I have no regrets on going for this model and yes, it was a fraction more expensive but you get what you pay for in in this instance top quality appliance with great recommendations from many others.
Don't be swayed by cheaper models, you won't regret buying this one and it comes in a beautifully crafted case making easy to travel with as well.
Pulsio Air Massage Gun
Purchased the pulsio air massage dun for £69.99. Arrived quickly. You get 4 different head attachments which are all good and feel different to the other ones. The gun is a really nice easy to hold in hand size. Battery life lasts for a long time. Haven’t had to recharge it yet as it’s still half full. I use this every other day for 5-10 minutes and it really helps with muscle recovery. It puts out such good pressure for a fun of its size. Would highly recommend if you are on the look out for a good quality reasonably priced massage gun

Following my earlier, less positive experience with Pulsio’s customer service, I have been genuinely impressed by how quickly they addressed and corrected things.
I recently contacted Pulsio with a question regarding the use of my latest device. Louise took ownership of my enquiry almost immediately. She provided clear, detailed and informative answers, while also offering practical alternatives tailored to my situation. This was a remarkable contrast to my previous experience.
Her enthusiasm, dedication and, above all, her willingness to think creatively alongside the customer represent exactly what outstanding customer service should look like. It is the kind of support that perfectly complements the exceptional quality of Pulsio’s products.
Excellent customer service deserves to be recognised just as much as excellent products. For that reason, I am more than happy to update my review and upgrade it to a well-deserved 5 stars.

Quick delivery. Quiet in operation. Easy to fit.
Unfortunately, the Thermasleep just couldn't cope in the current heatwave. Works OK in normal temperatures but was totally ineffective when needed the most.

Good customer service - mixed product review
Good customer service overall but the ThermoSleep doesn’t quite get the job done as described - it makes the bed cool to get into but beyond that, it doesn’t keep cool overnight.
The compression boots are amazing and worth every penny - so glad I have those!
Not a real 30 day money back guarantee!
Ordering was easy and it seemed to be a fair price, delivery came quickly as promised although delivery driver dumped box by my gate in full view of passers by and box was damaged so he wasn’t exactly careful with it! My only other complaint would be the misleading 30 day money back guarantee as to test you have to use it and the conditions of the guarantee is that it is returned unused, Useless really!

I was very disappointed with my experience with Pulsio.
The thermasleep product developed a fault after only a short period of use, with a leaking issue that made it unusable What disappointed me even more was the after-sales support. Rather than making the process straightforward, I was expected to deal with returning a large, bulky item myself, which was both inconvenient and expensive.
When a product fails this quickly, I expect the manufacturer to stand behind it and make the warranty process as easy as possible. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.
reliability and customer service are just as important as performance. They even stopped answering emails. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pulsio so keep well away.

Beware warranty not always honoured
Beware warranty not always honoured. Bought their cool bed system and had problems with the pump. Problem was intermittent but i was told by pulsio they would not replace under warranty unless i could send a video proving the device was faulty. This is a bed device that would turn off randomly between 6-8 hours in so not easy to get a video. Agent wouldn't move from this position so stuck with it now. Would be cautious with this lot
Banish the sore legs
I needed something help my cycling sore legs and found the Pulsio pro. Straight away the soreness was much improved, though I've left doing the review to see over a few weeks. So pleased, it does exactly what I hoped. With its different levels and many shaped attachments its been perfect. Job continuously done!!
ELITE GUN FALLS APART- Consumer Rights Act 2015 ignored
I just want to bring to everyone’s attention my experience if you are considering investing in Pulsio , please think long and hard .My personal experience is with the Elite Massage Gun which I originally purchased in 2022. Within a year this gun had failed and was replaced under warranty. The replacement gun started falling apart , chunks breaking off the case leaving holes and jagged edges.
My massage therapist had also purchased a Pulsio gun on my recommendation , she is now 3 guns down with a catalogue of case failures from chunks splintering off to the whole bottom of the handle dropping off .
So that’s 5 guns with 100% failure rate !!
After this series of case failures, and my own personal replacement gun starting to disintegrate I reached out to Pulsio to ask for a resolution and replacement with the new Air Pro which is metal cases, due to losing all faith in the Elite Gun . Their reply - you have had a replacement under warranty so best we can offer you is 20% off a new gun , which meant me spending another £70-80 to replace .
I went back to Rea and complained under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which states goods must be durable , last for a reasonable length of time and be fit for purpose , I don’t believe these Elite guns have delivered on any of the above due to an inherent manufacturing issue. I was again told I had a replacement under warranty and that they believe there is no manufacturing issue with this product. Sorry Pulsio you seem to be confusing your manufacturer warranty with law !!!
After my last email ,in which I requested proof of product testing and their expected lifespan of these products they just stopped communicating. This is an easy way out for Pulsio as they have no direct telephone number where you can discuss issues or speak to a human . Their CEOs Justyn and Arabella have also ignored my emails …. This just further solidifies what this brand stand for .
I will be taking this to Trading Standards and sharing all the photographic evidence ,exactly as one other person has done if you read the reviews. I believe this company should be investigated for selling sub standard goods at inflated prices ( basically selling a brand )
These goods are being marketed as top quality British products when they are Chinese cheap tat with a Pulsio over brand .
Oh yeah , and if you think you have freedom of speech on Facebook to dare comment on any of their posts about your experience they will delete the comment and block you from their page . Take a look for yourself , there are hardly any comments on any Facebook posts …. Ask yourself why??
Pulsio , you need to do better and take responsibility for products that are failing loyal customers. If you have an issue you need to recognise and own it not fob people off with a measly discount and then cutting communication.
