I needed something help my cycling sore legs and found the Pulsio pro. Straight away the soreness was much improved, though I've left doing the review to see over a few weeks. So pleased, it does exactly what I hoped. With its different levels and many shaped attachments its been perfect. Job continuously done!!

I just want to bring to everyone’s attention my experience if you are considering investing in Pulsio , please think long and hard .My personal experience is with the Elite Massage Gun which I originally purchased in 2022. Within a year this gun had failed and was replaced under warranty. The replacement gun started falling apart , chunks breaking off the case leaving holes and jagged edges.

My massage therapist had also purchased a Pulsio gun on my recommendation , she is now 3 guns down with a catalogue of case failures from chunks splintering off to the whole bottom of the handle dropping off .
So that’s 5 guns with 100% failure rate !!

After this series of case failures, and my own personal replacement gun starting to disintegrate I reached out to Pulsio to ask for a resolution and replacement with the new Air Pro which is metal cases, due to losing all faith in the Elite Gun . Their reply - you have had a replacement under warranty so best we can offer you is 20% off a new gun , which meant me spending another £70-80 to replace .

I went back to Rea and complained under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which states goods must be durable , last for a reasonable length of time and be fit for purpose , I don’t believe these Elite guns have delivered on any of the above due to an inherent manufacturing issue. I was again told I had a replacement under warranty and that they believe there is no manufacturing issue with this product. Sorry Pulsio you seem to be confusing your manufacturer warranty with law !!!

After my last email ,in which I requested proof of product testing and their expected lifespan of these products they just stopped communicating. This is an easy way out for Pulsio as they have no direct telephone number where you can discuss issues or speak to a human . Their CEOs Justyn and Arabella have also ignored my emails …. This just further solidifies what this brand stand for .

I will be taking this to Trading Standards and sharing all the photographic evidence ,exactly as one other person has done if you read the reviews. I believe this company should be investigated for selling sub standard goods at inflated prices ( basically selling a brand )

These goods are being marketed as top quality British products when they are Chinese cheap tat with a Pulsio over brand .

Oh yeah , and if you think you have freedom of speech on Facebook to dare comment on any of their posts about your experience they will delete the comment and block you from their page . Take a look for yourself , there are hardly any comments on any Facebook posts …. Ask yourself why??

Pulsio , you need to do better and take responsibility for products that are failing loyal customers. If you have an issue you need to recognise and own it not fob people off with a measly discount and then cutting communication.

On Saturday I treated myself to the Puliso Air
I arrived today firstly starling of the box and livery is truly brilliant
So stylish
Then we got to the build quality I've got to be honest it's a whole new level I purchased additional tools and the carrying in case worth every penny
I will be using it daily I will 100% be taking it on our skiing holiday

Excellent piece of equipment and well worth the money!

I placed an order with next day delivery, but it did not arrive the following day.

I received no update from Pulsio, so I had to chase it up myself. I was then told the item was out of stock and would not be delivered for around three months.

I asked if an alternative product could be sent instead, but was told this needed to be discussed with a supervisor. Nobody got back to me.

As a result, the order was cancelled.

Just bought the Cryoball. Arrived quickly. Very well packaged. Great item. Easy to chill/heat. Great for feet and other areas.

The compression boots are just great.
I use the boots at least once a week mostly twice. Recovery from walking the golf course is great. I feel really good. I just bought a second pair (small) for my wife. Recommended my friend to get them. He also agrees recovery is super.

Having used similar Tens recovery systems, Whilst the Pulsio is powerful I find that operating it in areas such as the back & shoulders are difficult as one need to be able to touch the buttons and listen to the sounds. This is difficult and impossible.
Maybe if you had connectivity via a blue tooth app that would be better.
All in All I’m disappointed with it so far.

The Pulsio mini massager is excellent to ease the aches and pains in my shoulders. The build quality is also excellent and the four supplied attachments are very effective.

Very effective and helpful for period pains

Decent enough products, but looks like some re-branded generic items that are available on amazon for much less (exact same design/colour/shapes/size/etc) just without the word Pulsio.

Cryo Sleeve and Cryo Ball - just great inventions! It's easy to use and helping me a lot with shoulder injury recovery! Great quality and fast reliable delivery!

Quick delivery but most importantly we are absolutely loving the cooling that the Thermasheet provides. It has transformed our ability to sleep. Fantastic.

I bought these after trying some , suggest ed by a friend who is a sports massage therapist, I suffer with lipedema . These are amazing and take away the feeling of heavy legs. They are so good after a long day on my feet.

I’m a clinical sports therapist and ex professional Footballer. I need a knee replacement and hip replacement soon but want to carry on exercising playing padel tennis and Boxing.
The Pulsio compression boots and hip attachment are amazing for recovery ,after I have trained ,taking away the lactic acid and making my legs and hips feel great. This allows me to recover quicker so I can work for long periods without having heavy legs and stiffness .I would highly recommend both.
