Love that is super easy to use, silent and the compression is by far the most powerful on the market.

The product quality is good once you get it put together. I'm 6' 2" and found it roomy enough. It gets nice and hot and had me sweating buckets. The instructions need to be better, with a temp guide to the programs and maybe add a QR code to a getting started video or a how to fold the pod back down would have been nice as well.

Fast delivery very happy

I initially bought the Pulsio Compression Boots and tested them and they were great but preferred the wireless version so sent them back. I missed the window for the return but fortunately they allowed me to send them back. I purchased the Pro boots but was sent the wrong item but fortunately Kristine was amazing with handling the issue and sending a courier for the collection. She then resent the Pro boots and handled my previous refund. Can’t thank her enough for her excellent customer service care and quick responses. The Pulsio products work great and are indeed better than the advertised products out there.

I have very tight back and shoulder muscles from my desk job, and I decided to try Pulsio pods after seeing an advert on Instagram. Initially I thought the pain relief function would be what I used most, but the EMS function is so far (1 week in) really helping with my muscle spasm, which causes most of the pain. I like the size and portability of the pods and the fact that they have no leads/wires. It would be perfect to be able to control the function of the pods with an app (since they are predominantly on my back) - but maybe that's a future version to look forward to! Very happy so far.

The Air product is very good. I have another make of massage gun so I bought this for travelling to an event as the other gun is larger and heavy. This is light, super powerful and with the Heat massage add-on I'm really impressed. I just wish I'd seen the offer on the legs compressors first which was giving away a free massage gun - I would have paid more and bought the Leg compressors as a result to get both - I wish the website showed me this as part of the purchase options but it didn't, hence I just ended up with the gun.

The product was not good for me so I returned it well within the 30 day policy.
I am still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later. On the website it says within 2-5 days after receiving the product. It was confirmed received 3 weeks ago. Disgusting service. Will I ever see the refund? Would not buy from them again because of this.

Overly hyped product.
I was really impressed by all their marketing ads and paid reviews and finally decided to get one.
While overall product is fine but There are many issues with product with their design and function.
I can find more useful products with much lesser price.

It’s ok I find it quite heavy to use not really had amazing results I brought it as I have sciatica in the whole leg I wouldn’t say it’s improved with use .
