Excellent

Delivery was quick. You can buy massage guns for less money but they are not as well made as this appears to be. Solid in the hand without being heavy and despite only being the standard one ie not the pro version, it has more than enough power. Battery life is also excellent. So far reliable.

Phisio massage gun

The massage gun was delivered quickly and was as described. It is good quality, well made, works well and has lots of useful attachments. It is a good massage device which helps relieve my muscular stiffness. Highly recommended.

Cryo Ball 10/10

The ad for their Cryo Ball appeared just at the perfect time. I was struggling with some tendonitis and this seemed as though it would be the perfect solution. And it was!
The web site was easy to navigate and my order was dealt with promptly.
The ball is ergonomically designed to make it easy to use yourself, made with high quality materials and works well even without being frozen.

Great products

I purchased the muscle gun pro (including heated attachment) and the sauna pod and i absolutely love them both.

The Sauna pod particularly is a revelation. It works perfectly and we've even taken it on holiday and to hotels. We had a small problem at the beginning because the first pod that arrived had a couple of holes in the door, but the company sorted this out really speedily and despatched me a new one within a couple of days.

I couldn't be happier with my purchases - I love them.

The customer service is shockingly bad

The customer service is shockingly bad, taking days to get anywhere.
There aren’t any telephone contacts and frankly I could have written War & Peace quicker than making a warranty claim!

Despite sending the return via tracked courier, they still can’t find the item

£600 on their Thermasleep product which comes with a very unreasonable one year warranty. Probably because it breaks down within months!

Overall there are better companies with better service.
With the price of the products the service should be much better

Excellent product, perfect size!

Excellent product! Up to now I have been limited by using mains powered sleeves to help reduce the swelling on my leg. The pulsio now gives me the ability to be more mobile and because of its size it is a more manageable product to take on holiday.

Ask yourself why the are so much cheaper

Ask yourself why they are so much cheaper than others, you'll find out it's down to the quality of the product. 1st pair of compression boots became faulty within 5 months. Replaced with another pair under warranty. Replacement pair lasted just a few months longer and wouldn't inflate properly after 9-10 months. They wouldn't do anything, they told me that there was nothing they could do as my order was out of warranty. Even after pointing them to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which states that I am entitled to a partial refund. This was confirmed to me by Citizen's Advise Consumer Dept. who passed all of this onto Trading Standards. They stopped communicating with me, which appears to be their MO. When it happens to you, contact Citizens Advise - details are on the Gov.UK website. Then contact your Credit Card under S75 Consumer Credit Act to claim a refund.
***UPDATE*** response 8.6.26 to Anna. Sorry, how remiss of me to not tell everyone that the only option you suggested was a 20% discount, which was not acceptable as advised to you in my email. These were also discussed with Citizens Advise and they were the ones that informed me of my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and as stated, they have passed all that information to Trading Standards. Respectfully, I would suggest that you do further research yourself so that you can handle future claims correctly. I stand by everything in my review and I will never purchase goods from Pulsio as in my opinion they are of poor quality.

We're sorry that you remain dissatisfied with how our CS team handled your concern.

However, we feel it is important to clarify the facts. Your original compression boots, purchased in December 2024, developed a fault within the warranty period. We honoured our warranty obligations in full and replaced the entire system at no cost to you in May 2025.

When you later contacted us regarding a further issue, our assessment indicated that the compression boots themselves were functioning and that the fault was limited to the hose assembly. As your original order was by then outside the warranty period, we informed you about the purchase of the appropriate replacement part rather than a second full system replacement. We even provided you with a 20% discount for this.

We also respectfully disagree with the suggestion that we "wouldn't do anything." We provided warranty support when the original fault occurred, replaced the complete unit, investigated the subsequent issue, and offered a solution based on our findings.

As for the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the legislation provides remedies that are proportionate to the nature of the fault and circumstances of the case. In this instance, we had already provided a full replacement under warranty, and the later issue related to a replaceable component rather than a complete product failure.

We appreciate that you are disappointed with our position, but we stand by the support we provided and wish you all the best moving forward. We do hope you still reconsider purchasing the replacement hose so you can enjoy the use of your Compression boots again.

Service is good, but selling practices are shady.

Service is good. Products are on the cheap side. Bought the thermasleep. It’s relatively noisy and has no timer function. If you buy the two zone model, each side comes with a remote, but remotes are identical and control both sides so it looses the point if you want to adjust only your side.
They don’t allow product specific reviews on the website and only support trust pilot as the only way to talk about them so you can’t read specific reviews. Also their ad’s for thermasleep are false. They clearly reference the main top-end competitor, but saying it only heats to 40-60C is just silly.
So this score represents the shady use of this platform, lack of honest product reviews and shady ads.
