Never receive my order
Never received my order even when I spoke with customer service and told me they would call me back and informed me.
Nothing.
Update: one week has passed now, I get sms every day from delivery partner that my order is out for delivery, of course every day I see no order! And Of course I can’t reach them because they don’t send track number and apparently my orders number is deferent from couriers numbers! This is a joke really!
(Also I had never direct messages from puzzle, I don’t know what are you talking about, I still wait for your support team to call me and inform me as they told me 3 days ago)
