Brought a Powertank COMPACT – Fixed Speed – 125ltr as my new build house has aboslutely rubbish water pressure was a bit worried because of the size of water tanks can be large and it ain't a huge house.

I have some room under the sink though and that's where the main water feed comes in. Anyway, called em up and spoke to a lad called Rob, he was alright, walked me through what I needed and ended up sending him a what'sapp photo of my setup and dimensions and that seemed ok, haven't got the tank yet.

Will update this review when it's installed and fitted by the plumber chap I've chosen, hoping this will sort out my issues. If so I'll be recommending the neighboor one ahaha

I rang Pump Express to find out a dimension of a filter that was not detailed on their website. The guy I spoke to could not have been more helpful. He went off to measure the particular filter in the warehouse and rang back after 10 minutes.
I then pursued their offer to beat any competitors price for an identical item, and received a detailed email back from James including a personalised discount code, valid for one week.
I placed an order for a Pressure Vessel and a Rainwater Filter. These arrived early the next day in a quality cardboard box, inside the items were extremely well wrapped in layers of bubble wrap. Each was in its own cardboard box and inside in polythene. The quality of each item is superb.
Today, I rang to ask a technical question concerning the Installation instructions for the filter. Rob took the call, went to ask the tech department and rang back as promised within 10 minutes. The advice and courtesy was excellent.
I recommend this company totally from these experiences.

Very poor systems and after-sales service - be aware!

We bought a water tank with variable pressure pump, as well as a water softener from this company back in December 2017.

Only 3 years later, the water softener has broken down and stopped softening the water. When I contacted them all they offered to do was send the manual by email and said 'have a go'. After testing and following the procedures (as an amateur) still it is not working.

I contacted them again and received this reply:

As the unit was purchased in 2017 (11th December) it is no longer under warranty I’m afraid – from my recollection of our previous conversation this is why all I was able to offer you was a copy of the instruction manual and to go through the troubleshooting points listed within.

We are a supply-only company so unfortunately we do not have any engineers or other staff available to conduct site visits.

The only thing I am able to offer is an apology I am unable to be of more assistance – I appreciate this doesn’t exactly help but beyond offering to sell you another one there is nothing else I can do.

TOTALLY USELESS - rather go with a company like Harvey Water Softeners who will be able to service the product they sell.

What a waste of money with this company! I'm fuming. Understand what you're getting when you buy from them!

I bought two pumps (SPEED Submersible Clean Water Drainage Pump) on consecutive days. The second was bought as a spare.

I called to ensure that the first order was going to be delivered the next day (as this was subject to available stock). It was confirmed that it would be with me the next day - which it was.

Thanks for getting me out of a jam at work, PumpExpress. Thats why I bought a second pump from you as a spare.

Highly recommended.
