This is not a legitimate business. Do not give them your money! I placed an order weeks ago and nothing ever got shipped. Asked for refund and am still waiting. They charge your card instantly and start spamming you every day with promo emails. Now I have to file complaint with VISA and probably wait months to get refund. AVOID this company! It's a scam!

The first time I dealt with PureFilters was during the CoVid period. I purchased 3 furnace filters, 3 fridge filters and a filter upgrade kit. I received the fridge filters within a week and a bit and I waited close to 4 weeks for the furnace filter and they still did not arrive. When I contacted PureFilters by email, I got a scripted reply, every time, very frustrating. everything did arrive eventually. I understood shipping issues and product shortages during this time and I was patient. I did not like the scripted reply as it did not answer my questions.
HOWEVER, this time when I inquired about delivery of the remained of my purchase, Donna got back to me quickly. Her reply was honest and genuine and human. She looked into it and in a few days the remainder of my purchase was delivered. Thank you Donna.
