Very comfortable shoes. Well worth the wait to receive them.

The shoes are a good fit ,comfortable stylish and warm well made ,the colour as the advert ,well packaged and delivered to a secure post locker with a code .

Terrible . Smell highly of synthetic materials . Are cheaply made and size recommendations are incorrect . I’m trying to return mine but can’t find out how . Avoid at all costs .

Purestep is a complete scam !!!! Another disgusting fake website taking innocent people’s hard earned money including mine ! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes ! They never arrived and when I tried to contact them they were nowhere to be seen or emailed!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM

NOT GENUINE REVIEWS , the best course of action if you have lost money to this fake company is contact your bank / credit card and you should be insured and be able to fill in a form to get a charge back ! You have to wait 30 days and then you can claim

I think I’ve been scammed… delivery notifications dried up, tracking not available and the website no longer connects. Approximately a week since I got an order confirmation so this situation might change. I will update if it does but having read some of the other reviews I feel like my suspicions are correct. On this basis avoid…

The advert dictated rapid refund if a problem.....shoes were smaller than size indicated. Refund sought, but would have to be processed in China !! The cost of postage was nearly the cost of the shoes....or I could pay £10 and get a replacement pair of the next size up! (And keep the original shoes). I opted for this, got a pair of shoes I could wear and a friend benefitted from the originals.
This is poor for a company that apparently dispatched from a UK warehouse.
In summary, think a size up from sizes offered, think very carefully before ordering, because any returns are not worth it.

Initially had this down as a scam as could not get on to the website and emails were not going through. However on arrival home tonight the shoes had been delivered. Have had them on for a couple of hours and they fit well and are comfortable.

Purestep I would ask that there is better communication between yourselves and your clients but, for now, I am now happy with the shoes

I have enjoyed dealing with PureStep in every aspect from selecting the product through to ordering and payment.

I have placed two orders and none links are working I can't get on the web site

Further to my earlier review which itself wasn't flattering the new development is that I wished to return/exchange one pair that was untouched. All dealt with via Whatsapp they suggested what had to be done. In order to avoid the risk and cost of returning it to China I decided on an exchange and wanted to look at the website to select another pair. The website has now ceased to exist so I can corroborate the other comments to that effect, it is a scam and should be avoided at all cost.

Product arrived broken toggle.. in contacting the so called company by email was told id have to pay £5.99 extra to receive a new one.AVOID !!! no interest to rectify issue. Material looks like its been stuck with cheap glue ! DO NOT BUY

Yet another scam to get money from people receiving the wrong goods then can’t return them as suddenly they don’t exist.

My first pair of barefoot shoes and i love the way they feel and fit. I've since bought a pair for my husband and an second pair for myself.
I also need to say that my experience with their customer service was excellent. Prompt and polite email exchange and my query was dealt with brilliantly.

I was able to track shoes I’ve paid for until 4 days ago and they were at Braintree. Nothing since and the website is now ‘invalid’. I cannot contact them - emails have been bounced back. What do I do??

Prompt communication service though just need to scale down on Time consuming Email dialogs and be more overstanding of customers requirements.

Good shoes for my feet, I now have an outdoor pair as well as an indoor.
