new problem
For about the last month or so when I make a call the connection sounds like it goes thru but no one answers and the phone does not ring. I will call the number again and it goes thru. Sometimes I have to call the same number multiple times and then it will go thru. The number can be from my contact list or even just calling back to someone that called me and shows as recent call.

I was very hesitant to switch from T-Mobile to Puretalk, but I can honestly say that other than paying more than half what I was paying, I have noticed no difference is service. As a matter of fact, I think my phone service might be even better. So glad I made the switch.
Easy transition
It was so easy to switch over from my old carrier, better service, more data and better protection for half the cost! I’ve been with PureTalk now about 3-4 months and the service is excellent. No matter where I travel, I get a great signal. I am very grateful for another option/provider choice! Thank you PureTalk!!!
Disappointed with no resolution
So far my experience with your choice of insurance provider has led to an overall dissatisfaction. For over a month now the only thing I can do is answer calls. My phone got damaged and my screen busted. They've sent me to repair stores and been told nothing can be done. No text no ability to return calls or use hotspot(which is why I chose the phone and plan I did). Very disappointed but stuck

Everything has been working well but recently the Alerts I receive from my bank seem to be halted during the week but are sent through on Saturday. Is that intentional or is there a glitch somewhere? My prior service came through every day. I’ve checked with my bank and they are still sending the alerts regularly. I also have an issue with receiving security codes from businesses but not always. Could it be that my contact information is randomly confused somehow on your end???

Absolutely loving the coverage, and the insanely low price. Switching was easy even from a foreign entity such as Straight Talk. America first, Christian, and all promises kept.

I really truly do like the company and so far the service has been good. I think the thing that kind of just rubbed me the wrong way would be not even six weeks after we got the service you guys offered lifetime deal. And existing customers weren’t eligible for that I think some sort of an additional discount should be offered to your existing customers that’s it.

It was a seamless transition from my old cellular provider to PureTalk. The cellular coverage is as good (if not slightly) better. The only thing I miss, is having an app on my phone to determine how much data I've used during a billing cycle.
Phone messages
It took a long time to get my wife's I Phone working properly. Also, the phone messaging painful having to listen to the phone number calling. Our other service have a icon we could tap to see who called and to answer. It is a waste of our time having to listen to the directory and the phone number.

I’ve never had better service, anywhere, at any price - and I pay only $25 a month!
Mostly good except data balance info
Switching over was a bit bumpy but I put that on the first technician I spoke with (the next customer service rep was more helpful/knowledgeable). The service has been as good or better than what I had with a previous provider. Biggest downside is there’s no easy way to check your data balance (app or 611 text, etc) if you don’t have unlimited data.

I haven't had PureTalk for that long but so far it was a great move to switch over. I am saving money compared to my last provider and I am enjoying the unlimited local and long distance. I receive way more gigabits than I need. 100% satisfied.
Customer support is very helpful
Customer support is very helpful! We're not into technology so clear instructions are appreciated. Having to enter information to access voice mail is frustrating & time-consuming ; not used to that procedure. Often hear talk show radio ads for Pure Talk at special prices and/or monthly fee for life; do existing customers receive these deals or would we have to re-enroll in the service? Just asking...

Best...no account set up charges, good coverage, calls do not usually drop. Easy to activate and port numbers over. No fuss, simple, good coverage.
Bad Service
Service is not good. Poor quality calls and batching of emails and texts that obviously get restricted from being received live
