I had T-Mobile

I had T-Mobile and was paying a fortune. Puretalk cut my bill in thirds and gave me the same coverage! Puretalk is simply.....awesome!

Changing over to Puretalk was simple and the associate we spoke with helped us through the process. Changing from AT&T whom we had for over 30 years was seamless.The money we saved by doing so was astounding and the service is great. We don’t miss AT&T at all.

2. Service outside our area past 3 from our house

Dislikes:
1. Service from our house up until 3 miles from our house very little coverage and lose the calls. The tower near the roping arena needs either repaired or upgraded.
2. SIM cards should come with it already set up for each individual phone or instructions to call to get set up for each phone. We were having dropped calls and had to call to get the access point name set up for each phone. Then everything was working except for that 3 mile stretch leaving our house or 3 miles coming back to our house just before it.
3. The AT&T tower at the roping arena needs attention. Thank you.

excellent service

excellent service. everything was self serve. i set the phone service up myself. no support needed. the website is easy to use and turn-key. and great price. i'm getting 5G, unlimited talk and text, 10GB data, 5GB hotspot, for only $35/month. can't beat that.

Since switching to Pure Talk, from Verizon, the only difference I have experienced in my service is the lower cost! I have been able to spend the extra money on things I want.

Skeptical

I was skeptical at first, (how could they charge so little), and had had bad experiences in the past trying to get out from under the (Big V). The switch over was pretty simple. The quicker your internet is the quicker you can switch over. I've saved 90 dollars per mo. I don't even have to think about the bill anymore.

Sensible Plan Options

I appreciate having the choice of data on each phone on plan. My husband has a flip phone and does NOT text or go on line. (Wish I could set his phone at zero but whatever.) Mine doesn't run out of data when we are traveling and needing more now. And our phone bill is half what it used to be with AT&T.
