Save your money and energy

Save your money and energy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
This was my first and last time ordering from these people. They lost my tracking number due to a new employee so they say but if you ask me when you call it's a bunch of burnouts working there. Im out 117 dollars. I ordered on April 30th and it's now May 14th. I have no way to track my order they said they're not giving me my money back because it's the post offices fault. How do they know that with no tracking number?? Please dont waste your money.

I love my Purple Leaf patio umbrella

I've had my Purple Leaf patio umbrella since 2022 and I love it. Purple leaf stands behind its products. I had an incident with my umbrella withing the first year and they sent me the replace parts at no charge. I just recently reached out to them because the battery on my umbrella's LED lights had died and I needed a replacement. Their customer service is outstanding and I got my replacement in no time.

Great customer service

Great customer service. A support bar broke on our cantilever umbrella. I emailed a few pics and they responded with the part & price. It showed up a few days later and installed perfectly. Very helpful.

Finally made it right. 7x13 umbrella with LED

I ordered a 7x13 umbrella with LED lights. One of the 12 bars with the lights did not work. I had to fight with them repeatedly to get a replacement sent to me. They finally did so. As such, I changed this from a 1 to 3 stars. However, it should not have taken so much fighting to get a functional product. They need to work on their service, but they are not a bad company.

Disappointed by quality, but happy with customer service.

When I receive my order it unfortunately had dents in 2 of the post, after contacting customer service they did send replacement post…but one of those was also dented. I contacted customer service again and they did send a replacement post, this one was not dented. So, disappointed to begin with but ultimately satisfied.

Perfect for our pool time needs

The umbrella is solid and feels of quality materials. It was easy to assemble and looks great at the side of the pool.
We have a grandson now and needed to shade the shallow end of the pool, the umbrella is perfect.

Very happy with this pergola

Very happy with this pergola. drainage works great. Get a little leak in the middle support beams, but with some flex seal, not an issue. Relatively easy to set up, but need at least 2-3 people to do so.

I’ve had my purple leaf umbrella for 6 years! ❤️ when the ball bearing rusted, froze, seized up due to salt, their website was easy to navigate and find my replacement part easily. Part shipped quickly!

Fantastic customer service

I had to order a couple of replacement items for my gazebo and there was a bit of confusion on my part on trying to locate the item. The customer service representative was wonderful. They answered all my questions and my countless back-and-forth questions. I can’t remember the last time I had customer service for a product that was so remarkable.
