Well packaged, overall great product.

Well everything was pretty well boxed, all except our parts box which was smashed. We were missing an entire type of screws needed and luckily we had some nuts that worked but it left it very close to not having enough to do the job. Instructions were fairly clear and we did follow them step by step. It definitely is more than a two person job especially when trying to get the roof rails going up. Everything did go together pretty easy but I did have to tap alot of the holes in order for the screws to go in properly. Overall we are very satisfied with this product. Everyone that has seen it says how nice it is, can't wait for the nice weather to get here and fully utilize it.

Delivery issues causing production…

Delivery issues causing production delays that cost us money. 5 of the 6 boxes arrived undamaged from Georgia. The 6th box was shipped from Pennsylvannia twice that had the parts to start buildinf the gazebo. The issue in shipping by purring a wrong zip code cost us time, money and reputation. No offer to compensate us for the delays and issues.

Quality hammocks, excellent customer service!

There were some hiccups with my order due to a delay in product availability, but customer service was excellent. They did all they could to make sure I was a happy customer when it was all said and done.

The hammocks are also great! We love them! Everyone who comes over and gets on them loves them, too! They're so very comfortable and well made. The Vista chair hammock is also top-notch. So easy to assemble and disassemble and the backpack carrier is excellent! Well thought out build and comfortable.

I highly recommend Purple Leaf products.

Great selection of wellmade products

Great selection of wellmade products. Great prices and value. Fast shipping and easy to set up. I order 8' round umbrella for our 11' X 11' patio. It is easy to open / close with the crank handle and also has a push button tilt. Highly recommend and would buy from this company again for umbrella needs.

Great customer service

The umbrella canopy had issues after two years in the AZ sun. I contacted the company via email. I woke up the very next morning to a lovely reply.
I sent them pictures of the damage and heard back the next day that they would replace canopy as it has a 3 year warranty. They included the you tube instructions of how to change canopy.
This company has EXCELLENT customer service!!
My new canopy was sent by Air freight and quickly received.
The company then followed up to make sure I received the canopy and it was in good condition.
Five stars for Purple Leaf!
I am recommending to all my friends

After 8 years with our Purple Leaf…

After 8 years with our Purple Leaf umbrella we found we needed to replace it as the fabric was showing some signs of wear. I contacted Purple Leaf to inquire about a replacement umbrella since all the other parts were in excellent condition. I was so pleased when they said we would be able to purchase just the umbrella itself. They went over and above expectations as they made sure we purchased the correct product. They even sent us a video on how to replace our umbrella. We could not be happier with the outcome! They truly exceeded our expectations and have definitely secured a customer for life! Our umbrella is once again beautiful and we are looking forward to enjoying it for many years to come!! Thank you so much Purple Leaf!!!

Completely smooth experience

I contacted purple leaf through email for a malfunctioning product and they responded within 12 hours. They got right to business, asked for photos, then sent replacement parts immediately. It was a completely smooth experience.

Shame on you Purple Leaf

A year ago my husband purchased the Purple Leaf pergola after having concrete laid and building the frame. Upon placing the slates it was noted 3 boxes were miscut and unable to be placed. Today after many attempts by my husband and the resolution to cut them himself and receive $200, I am placing a complaint.
Shame on PurpleLeaf for not holding themselves accountable for their error. I have pictures of a Swim Spa poorly covered and boxes of unusable slates. To cut the slates would also incorporate a special saw and expertise that would create more sadness.

Just paid $1370 for an umbrella. Used it once. Now it’s incredibly difficult to wind in.
Absolute rubbish. Avoid purchase from this company at all costs. It’s also very telling that there is no customer service phone number.
