L& Storage have an on-going relationship with Citation and continue to have great experiences with the auditors. This time we were audited by Caitlin Wevill who we found to be knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the accreditation process, providing clarity and easy to understand explanations during audits and consultations especially if there are areas to improve on.

The back office support and general communications from the company are also excellent.

Karen Knaggs helped me with our company upgrade from ISO 27001:2013 to ISO 27001:2022.

She was brilliant! She was very knowledgeable and good at explaining how one was different from the other and also the four new categories of controls.

She very quickly got a grasp on what our company does and tailored her session and advice appropriate to that.

She also very kindly shared sample reports and documents with me which could improve our own processes and controls.

I'd be delighted to have her again for any further work we do with Citation.

The process was carried out in a professional and thorough manner, and the auditor was outstanding, knowledgeable, approachable, and clear in their explanations. We had a booking for an ISO 9001 audit. the day was structured with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback from our auditor Niki.

Clear & concise advise from the consultants, really helped me understand the process. Atlas system is intuitive full of great resources.

This was our first audit under ISO27001:2022, the initial organisation and running of the process was super smooth and extremely well organised. Our Auditor Karen Knaggs really made the whole event relaxed and educational whilst ensuring the focus as an audit. Unfamiliar with some Jargon and Terms Karen helped provide background and understanding that assisted inthe process; her wealth of expereince and knowledge also meant we came away from the audit, not just with a thorough review of our current system but also some vital insights to the expereinces of others and areas of future focus.

Monika Zak was our ISO external auditor. She was very organised and efficient in her approach, respectful of each party's time and very clear in her guidance an instructions.

It was obvious Monika is a seasoned professional and was able to suggest opportunities to improve our ISMS in our day to day operations, that would improve our business.

We want to thank Monika for her care, attention and diligence in her work with us.

Robert was professional throughout but still made us feel at ease with his approach. The delivery was very informative and was always supportive in what we had done as well as constructive with any feedback he had when explaining how we could improve even more.

Simon Langston, the auditor for the day, went above and beyond his duties.

We were erroneously scheduled a surveillance audit for the 2013 version, instead of a compliance audit for the 2022 version of ISO 27001. He promptly communicated with the Citation team, helped make the necessary booking changes, and then proceeded to lead us through the audit.

I am delighted to provide this review of my recent Stage 2 audit experience with Karen Knaggs from Citation for 345 Interiors' ISO certifications (9001, 45001, and 14001).
Karen was absolutely exceptional throughout the entire audit process. What I thought was going to be an intimidating and stressful all-day assessment was made into a constructive and manageable experience thanks to her professional approach and genuine care for our success.
Karen demonstrated remarkable skill in making complex ISO requirements accessible and understandable. Her explanations were clear, practical, and directly relevant to our business operations at 345 Interiors.
