Very complete training
Very complete training. The instructor was great and provided a lot of interesting insights in addition to the material. The platform was really helpful to train for the exam and the content was easy to understand yet complete.

Professional and human
The trainer was excellent and communication always goes smooth and easy. I've had a contact-person ever since I followed my first training here 4-5 years ago and he still assists me with everything to this day.
Our training itself had some technical hiccups, but I'd rather focus on the speed and ease of resolution and the quality of the training and trainer as those had the biggest impact.
If it wasn't for the technical difficulties we had at the start of our training I would've given a 5 stars.

Even if I passed the exam to get my certification on Prince2@ Foundation which it was my primary interest in the course, I think that considering the cost, it would have been better to spread the lessons' time at least along 5 half-days if not more and not only the 4 half-days planned.
It would have been much more useful for me to dig a bit more deeper on certain aspects that I am interested to better understand and to anchor some of the knowledge transmitted.
On the other hand, I just can refer to this training, the trainer has done his best and it is clear his knowledge on the domain and we received all the information needed to succeed with the exam. Nonetheless, I would say that the facilitation could have been better prepared to give a more clear image of the objective and roadmap of the PM methodology that at certain point we were a bit lost and mixing concepts.
Just to be sure, for whoever read this report, it will be a must to study after the course and go a bit further to ensure a good final result.
Having said this, I am more than happy with the overall training.

Clear presentation with practical exercises
I followed the online AgilePM Foundation course. The presentation was very clear, with practical exercises. Teacher was very good and helpful and went deeper into the matter than the basics. There was also a good collaboration between the students, which was necessary for the exercises.

The trainer was very knowledgeable on the topic, with an extremely wide experience in project/programme management. The trainer was able to keep attention within the audience.
But the exam that had to be taken was theoretical, sometimes tricky. And we cannot see the mistakes afterwards. Very poor exam.

Process to complicate for the exam. I lost 40 minutes to start the exam wich occured stress and impact on the result.
During the training, We lost time with information not available on QRP platform for all users. The trainer had to resend emails, contact your support.

We usually dedicate an extensive part of the course on the theoretical part of the frameworks since it's necessary for passing the exams (and that is a huge requirement for many delegates). But we also tend to focus on the practical application of the frameworks - we will investigate why this has not been the case for the course you followed.
