Well organized course
Well organized course, with use of inspect and adapt principles. Trainer left space for input of practices from experienced people which was valuable. Happy with schedule of virtual classroom from 09:00 till 13:00.

QRP International - Quality of P3O training
I followed the P3O certification course (Combi Foundation + Practitioner) online in June 2021.
The overall QRP process for subscription and receiving the material (both paper + link to QRP training platform "A New Spring") went well.
However :
- Training focused on "passing the certification exam" instead of "discussing case study and/or doing practical exercises to ensure understanding of the matter" ... which do not need 7 half-days (and thus high cost in term of price and personal investment in agendas ... for something that could be done by reading the handbook and answering test exam question on the platform by ourselves).
- Errors found in the test exam published on the platform itself.
- Trainer changed from the CV initially sold when subscribing.

Hi Samuel, thanks for your feedback. Passing the exams is for many delegates a huge requirement so we tend to dedicate an extensive part of the course on it. However we also tend to focus on the practical application and we will investigate why this has not been the case for the course you followed.
Regarding the test exam, we will definitely have a look at this.
Last but not least, during busy training periods it happens indeed that we have to change the trainer at the last minute, however that is never a downgrade in quality as we only work with absolute expert trainers!
Hope the overall experience was satisfying and that you did find some useful takeaways.

Hi Céline, thanks for your feedback. The case study you mention does not exactly follow the course indeed, this is due to the fact that we had to shift some things in the program when we started our remote sessions. But I guess that any doubts have been cleared up when you discussed the homework!
Efficient, effective & pleasant training
We were given an ITIL 4 Foundation training by Kais Albassir. I knew nothing of it on the forehand. Everything was well explained. Important items were marked. Intermediate exercises were very helpful to better understand and differentiate between concepts that sound similar. I am grateful for this efficient, effective and pleasant training experience.
