Scam company wish I would have saved my money they never to responding to me with my order they took my money and didn't try to give me a refund or anything don't be scammed by these people quakei.com is a very scamming car company

This company, or whatever they call themselves, is so disgusting, taking peoples hard earned money, they are nothing but a bunch of thieves. I placed order, thinking it was Shein, same as others. They took my money, but no place to even look for tracking my order. LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY!!!!

Waited 32+ days and despite various emails to their so called Customer Services, have not received the Sketchers I ordered. Went onto their tracking which shows delivered 16/09 but I have not received these. Want my money back!

Paid for 2 pair of skechers on Instagram, never received the goods, just excuses after constantly emailing not a valid tracking ref

Scam company placed an order and tracked it to an address in Scotland 223 miles away ,sent multiple e-mails no answer. Facebook should be held responsible for allowing these criminals to operate on their platform

Don't even think about Waisting your money with that mob. You will never receive your item. Should not be in business in this day and age. Call it a tax write off.

Placed an order on the flash sale that was advertised all over Facebook, Instagram etc. I have ordered from SHEIN before and did not think anything is wrong until no WhattsApp came through to confirm the order. But when I ordered, the SHEIN payment sheet with customer details everything came up. I am so upset, most of the goods were gifts for Christmas and I am a pensioner that was scammed out of R774.00 which is half of my pension money. My heart is broken.

Quakei.com scammed me on Facebook by posing as SHEIN.com! They sent me FAKE order numbers and emails from SHEIN and continue to do so.
I was scammed out of approx. $42.00. I tried to contact SHEIN and FACEbook and neither cared. UNREAL! What is even more puzzling the scamming ads continue to be posted on Facebook! Is Facebook, SHEIN and Quakei all in on this scam??

Scam scam scam! Dont do it! Reverse the payment with your bank, once it had gone out and no longer pending!

I order some stuff from FB SHEIN. Company, but the payment adress was forceress.com,HK, the Email i got was from SHEIN. cistomerservice quakai.com, i am sure thats SCAM! I CANCEL THE ORDER AND THE PAYMENT OF MY CREDITCARD, HOPE ITS NOT TO ÖATE, THE MONEY ITS STILL RESERVED ON MY ACCOUNT.

I ordered shoes 4 month ago. They not delivered. Just they are in touch with me from a mail address customerservice @ quakei.com . But they are scammer. So keep away.

Absolutely a scam profile. I fell for it. If its too good to be true it probably is. Well 3 months later and there still amusing me with emails asking me to wait patiently for goods to turn up....
AVOID AT ALL COST.
My experience was through a FACEBOOK advert but when I reported them to Facebook, Facebook reply was for me to block them, not that they would shut them down

Bought headphones and never received from them. Sent email after email they keep asking to be patient will never see that money!!!! Scam scam

As with other reviews, ordered Sketchers trainers from site on Facebook, ad looked genuine, delivery 2 to 6 days so implies its UK, not until payment went out that saw it was in China. Chased several times by email as no other way to contact, sent Tracking number in Chinese,, fobbed off several times, thought I was too savvy to be scammed but they got me,, £47 I won't see again

They send fake netflix mails claiming that payment couldn't be processed and so they'll cancel membership. Email address is by quakei.com, so obviously not real.

Ordinato articoli sportivi mi hanno fornito un tracking che risulta consegnato in un'altra città (ovviamente non conosco il destinatario). Ho inviato almeno 5 o 6 mail al customer service fornendo loro la prova (link al sito Poste Italiane) dove chiaramente è riportato che la consegna è avvenuta altrove, rispondono alle mail a distanza di qualche giorno e non fanno altro che prendere tempo in modo tale che ci si stanchi e desista dallo scrivere. Non ordinare perché non riceverete nulla !!

I ordered sporting goods and they provided me with a tracking number which says it was delivered in another city (obviously I don't know the recipient). I sent at least 5 or 6 emails to customer service providing them with proof (link to the Poste Italiane website) where it is clearly stated that the delivery took place elsewhere, they reply to the emails a few days later and do nothing but take time in such a way that you get tired and stop writing. Don't order because you won't receive anything!!

Quakei.com is a scam company. Advertised in Malaysian currency, charged us in USD. I inquired why & no response. Sent a 2nd email, still no response. No tracking number sent to us. Hope many more people read these messages to alert such bad activity exist. TQ
Latest: They claimed it was delivered but to a completely different location. They use 17Track for package tracking & China-Wish as courier company.
