Never received the wig I ordered.
Paid for 24 hour shipment. Nothing

I ordered six wigs and they never came and they are using the sight Luvme wigs that is not they sight I wonder why real sight's let scammers use their logo I don't trust no online buying anymore because the first one's real then the next you have a duplicator that messes up the whole thing and you allow it I think all of you are in it together

I ordered goods online, as they were good deals. I received an order notification. To find out this company is a scam. Have reported it, but am sure money is gone. Just a warning to all, dont buy from these people on line. Karma is a B@@@ and these scammers will be caught.

Never received the goods I ordered. Emailed them to ask for my money back. They have emailed back twice to say they are looking into it and to wait a little longer. I expect not to receive any goods nor my money back. Am annoyed at myself. If it looks too good to be true then chanced are it is too good to be true. Please do not order from them.

I placed an order for Skechers shoes, responding to an advertisement on social media. There's no hint on the advertisement about Quakei. After 3 weeks, the package corresponding to the tracking number provided was delivered to a different address (I live in England and it's delivered in Northern Ireland). I contacted the 'customer service' of Quakei and after 4 weeks I got a response advising me to check with the post office. As others have described, it appears that there's no fault from the post office and the shoes were never sent in the first place.

THIS COMPANY IS ON BIG SCAM
Like everyone else on here I placed an order for Skechers, never arrived. Eventually I contacted Royal Mail as I kept getting told by them to enquire with Royal Mail.
Royal Mail checked it all out for me.
When I tracked my order it kept saying delivered in Rochester, Royal Mail told me that a 30gram parcel was delivered in Rochester ( no way at that weight was it sandals) RM said that’s how scam is worked, they send to some of there own somewhere and it shows on tracking.
They are the lowest of lowest people. I sent email telling them that I knew they were scamming me an latest email from them yesterday that they are checking with warehouse in case it’s been a wrong shipment.
How trash earn a living !!!!!!!

My children, being naive, thought they were getting a good deal on legos. The link looked legit, payment cleared the bank. When I clicked the tracking link, in order confirmation email, it took me to a Chinese tracking site which said package was in customs. nothing was ever delivered & now, clicking on track package I get "sorry this store is closed"! We contacted the bank a few days after order & they said my kids would probably NOT get money back!

If you get a confirmation email from quakei.com, contact your bank/credit card to stop payment immediately!

I have also ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this place back in July 30th and have not received, I have sent 2 emails and been told items are shipped and then sent another with screenshot of delivery to United Kingdom and they now say to contact local post office which is nothing to do with my delivery, sent new email saying it is uptonthem to enquire to courier, and of not delivered corectly I want refund so we'll see what answer I receive

Supposedly delivered to location 200 miles away. Customer services suggested I contact my local post office.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered Bose headphones from this company back in June 2023. It is now September 2023 and I still have not received the items. They keep fobbing me off with stupid emails saying to wait patiently and giving me fake deadlines. The website seemed legitimate from Bose but obviously was a scam. Do not buy anything from them. The item never left China. Absolutely disgusting.

Order saying delivered but I have nothing. Have been trying to speak with them. They answered a few weeks later claiming that it should be on its way and to contact my post office (who have nothing to do with it I have found out). Every time I contact them, I get the same answer. I'm going to try and get my money back through my bank.

I'll never order from them again .lost track.of all the emails I have send there the worst online company that I have ever delt with stay away

I ordered a couple of wigs and never received them or a confirmation of my order. Sent a message so far no response after 3weeks. I did notify my bank. This company is scamming hard working people.

Do not use this company they are scammers you buy the product they then send a "parcel" to an obscure address in London by royal mail they then say its been delivered and try to say you gave them the wrong address. We have been trying for over a month to get a refund but they are just taking the p--s. So DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY cant say fairer than that. Oh and if they read this you scammed £15 out of us congratulations i hope you all get piles

**Dirty Rotten Scammers**
Took my money but goods never arrived, even though tracker said goods were delivered. Complained by email and they said I had to chase courier up myself but all courier details were in Chinese.
Complained to Mastercard and got my money back.

What an absolute joke of a company. Paid for shoes, 2 weeks to send shoes then go to complete opposite side of the country.
Email to complain, takes forever to reply basically telling me it's up to me to chase.
Just reply each time with same email

I paid for a glueless wig back in March of this years and I am surely sure you'll scam me out of my money and you'll won't return me my money or the order that I paid for.. then after a few month of trying to to contact your company through email . I get an email saying email don't exist any longer

I ordered 2 pair of shoes that have never arrived . I sent 2 e mails to customer service requesting reship or refund. Both requests remain unanswered. Steer well clear of this company.
