Can't give less than one. Even tho I have had replys from emails and the tracker seemed to line up with time frame its been 7 weeks and all I get know is its been delivered by royal mail but the tracking number only works on dpd and they said its been delivered but don't know where. Scam company glad I'm only out £16 on wich they have a no refund policy. DONT USE THEM OR ANY OTHER OF OF FACEBOOK

An ad came on my instagram for a store selling red hood helmets and its not uncommon because im a cosplayer of the character so i looked at it and saw it said it was a cybercraft helmet now i knew it was gonna be fake seeing as it was being advertised for £20 or two for £25 and the normal asking price of a cybercraft helmet is over £200. I purchased one with a new email just to see how bad it was going to be seeing as i know what the actual helmet is supposed to be like and after going through the listing its a direct copy paste from the cybercraft website so i got more intrigued. only after ordering did i look into the name of the company i had an email from and came across this page and knew i had been scammed. i thought i would be anyway but i also knew i had the £20 spare so i wasnt too upset. even the confrimation email said cybercraft so its a fairly good scam if you dont know what youre looking for

This Quakei company is a scam site. I ordered 2 pairs of Sketchers, nothing has turned up. They don't reply to emails. Just proves that the are scammers. Please don't ever buy anything from this company. If this was a genuine company they would have a telephone number. Be very wary. I too have reported them to Trading Standards. The Consumer Rights Act and the Police.

I purchased what thought was a deal on DICK'S for 2 pair of new balance for $34.90 after I finalized the order I got a 4 digit order number which caused me to be suspicious so actually went to DICK website and nothing to that nature was there, heartbreaking because I lost money I really don't have.

Bought three legs on the 26th of July still waiting for delivery tracking number worked for a while but stop.
Scam Site don't buy anything.

Scam. They claimed that my parcel was delivered to a different address advising me to contact the post office.

As with everyone else on here scammed. I contacted my bank and got money back. Facebook should take action against this and other fraugelent sites. Avoid this site. You have been warned.

Would give a 0 if I could. Absolute scammers please don’t fall for it like I did. If it seems to good to be true it usually is. Should have followed my own advice 🤷‍♀️

Ordered 3 pair of Hey Dudes over a month ago. Tracking info was spotty. Eventually the tracking said they were delivered to Hawaii and picked up at the post office... delivery address was to Massachusetts. Many unanswered emails were sent to this fraudulent company.

Scam - avoid as others have said. Skechers shoes ordered and paid for. Tracking showed delivered but the package was not with me. Messaged via website and email - long delays between replies and only to email. Raised issue with my bank and got new debit card as website was sometimes blocked as untrustworthy. Bank has refunded me. Last email from them today told me it was my responsibility to check with carrier. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Bought 2 pairs of shoes from this company. According to the tracking they were delivered in Rochester while I live in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
Tried4 times to get in touch with them to no avail

Wish I had looked into this ...I should have smelt a scan when PayPal wasn't an option even though it showed as being one ...I ordered Skechers tracking number seemed legit ....but then a few weeks later it was saying delivered but rhe sorting office is not in the same county as I reside ....Contacted them had an email 2weeks later saying that it was on the way . Phoned customer service at Royal Mail and they told me that this has happened a few times with this company and its a scam Avoud at all cost

I paid for a pair of Sketches,have not received them they said they were delivered, they were delivered to QLD I live in Victoria.they are one big scam. If I decide to order something on line, from now on I will check reviews first. People do not buy from these people.I live in Victoria Australia.

Like so many others I ordered Skechers shoes. Never delivered and website no longer available. No response from customer service after initial acknowledgment of order.
Now in the hands of my credit card company.
