Ordered trainers e mail sent with tracker number
When checked said item delivered. I have e mailed numerous times and still no reply from them. SCAMMER

They had boses headphones for sale I haven't received any of this order as of yet they are definitely scammers

Scam company, avoid at all costs

I’m sure this company is a scam ordered some Lego item hadn’t arrived so emailed them eventually they replied telling me my order had been picked and dispatched checked on tracking says delivered but I have not received item. My advise AVOID!!!!

Scam!!!! In the end the tracking indicated that the order has been delivered to the addressee. NOT TRUE. They do not respond to any claim.

Ordered proof Sketcher trainers 4 Aug 2023. Paid by credit card. Never arrived. Scam site

I can only assume that this company are scammers. Submitted 2 orders. Received notification of delivery for one. Did not receive shoes. Emailed them 3 times. No response. No communication at all for on second order.

I wish I could give a negative review.. placed an order on July 7. Got a tracking number and it never updated so I sent several emails. August 11 I got an email with the same tracking number saying it was picked up and headed to its destination. Nothing since, and still no package!! AVOID!!

Do not buy anything off this company we bought a recycle bin was deliver 500 miles away from our address sent numerous emails they pretend to not understand u I had confirmation off Royal Mail stating it had been delivered in Scotland I live in wales rip off scam company

BIG SCAM - Ordered a Lego set from them. Never received it and they are ignoring any requests for a refund!

This is a scam site. They are on Tik Tok.

Do not order - this is a complete scam - my parcel was delivered apparantly but not to my address and Royal Mail won’t help as I can’t confirm the postcode linked to the tracking number (as it’s not mine!) their customer service is useless as they do not reply to emails and that is the only way you can contact them - they also go under several other names including duert, bdfwer and prob loads more - beware - you only think it’s only a tenner I’ll risk it but lots of people thinking this will be making them a fortune !!!

The only company name on the screen was sketchers, so surprised when confirmation was from Quakei so all these reviews warning others of how they have been scammed were unknown to me.
The confirmation gave a Royal Mail tracker number which was for an address 200miles away. Royal Mail customer service said their records show that the name & address related to the delivery was nothing to do with us. He also said that the some suppliers issue the same tracking number to several customers orders.
We have asked for a new credit card and will fill in the forms after the 30days since purchase for the bank to chase the supplier for a refund.

Don't wait for a reply to an email that won't ever come, this is a scam so act immediately

This is a scam, rip-off company, I add my wife's plight to the long list of other ripped-off customers. Luckily she spent only £34 on Skechers shoes, but just like 99% of other reviews nothing was posted,or sent to a different country, or lost in the post. no one answers emails, seems they just take your money and ignore all correspondents from frustrated customers

Quikei is the company on the confirmation that I received for an iPad that I recently ordered extremely low. That made me skeptical.They allegedly shipped the iPad through a company called “global logistics.”

Today I tracked the delivery and global logistics informed that it had been delivered. That is not true. I can't find a telephone number to reach Global. They do have mechanism for question, but that gets referred to a company called “just answers.”

Before “just answers “ will listen to your question, they require a $5.00 pqament. I thought about what Abraham Lincoln said, them. “Fool me once shame, fool me twice shame on me.”

I ordered 3 pairs shoes from scethers 10th July and paid for them I still have not received them ,I complained they eventually sent a email saying they are on the way I still have not received them , I'm very angry I will not be using them again I asked for a refund but not received anything it must be a scam

I ordered trainers on 29th July paid £29.99 this is the last I've heard! When you click on tracking the page is blank I've sent numerous emails all ignored! I honestly think it's a scam ,does this company actually exist. I want my money back if they not going to send the trainers. Beware I thought it was too good too be true.

Fraudulent seller. If you have bought from them please inform your bank immediately so Visa / Mastercard can investigate and shut them down. You will also need to block your card and get a new one so they do jot use your card details for other fraudulent activities.
Note to self: do not buy anything from IG!!!!

Ordered 3 pair of Hey Dudes over a month ago. Tracking info was almost nonexistent. Many unanswered emails were sent to this fraudulent company.
