Did what was promised… excellent service and Knowledge.

Akiva was excellent managing a complex, multi- product order that required several calls and followup. His attention to detail and listening skills were excellent.

Quality Bath consistently provides excellent products and service alike. They employees communicate quickly and well. Here, when I realized that a product I ordered had a long lead time, Tziporah moved quickly to swap for a different product that would arrive promptly. I'm grateful!

I can't express strongly enough what a great experience I had! Josh was fantastic. He helped me source a product I needed and got it to me incredibly quickly. It arrived 2-3 days before I was expecting. Fantastic customer service. I will be using again for sure.

Quality Bath had exceptional prices on the best products! It is what drew me to their company. However their customer service is what will keep me as a repeat customer. When we had a minor issue with our new sink, I was immediately greeted with a willingness to help make it right by Adina. The uncommon part was I was able to work with the same person to remedy the situation over a span of several weeks. I never had to explain the issue again or be transferred to another department or person. Adina was quick to respond and efficient in handling every aspect of the situation. Quality Bath really understands customer service and Adina represented those values in every interaction. Their customer service values and having people like Adina onboard the team is what separates them from the rest.

On January 18, 2024, I purchased a Toto Neorest NX1 Dual Flush Toilet (1.0 GPF & 0.8 GPF)
through the quality bath website and I financed the transaction through Affirm, Inc.
The total purchase amount was $8,265.77. The item was delivered to my storage unit on or about
January 28, 2024. Upon opening the packaging the same day, I discovered that the toilet was
cracked.
I immediately notified QualityBath.com and provided photographic evidence of the concealed
damage. The exterior of the packaging was intact and showed no signs of visible damage, as
confirmed by the photographs and consistent with the company’s published damage-free
guarantee policy. Under that policy, damage to the contents not apparent on the outside of the
box must be reported within seven (7) days—which I did.
Despite timely and diligent efforts to resolve this issue with both QualityBath.com and through
Affirm’s dispute resolution process, my claim was denied without valid justification. Affirm
has failed to issue a refund or otherwise provide a resolution, despite being presented with clear
evidence, including correspondence, images of the damage, and citations to the seller's own
policy terms. I have also attempted resolution through the Better Business Bureau and direct
communication with the merchant, without success.

Lea from Quality bath alleged a few things; one that that the photos of the box had two serial numbers, and two that the pallet looked different than the one their security camera shows they shipped it on. The two serial numbers was simple, Toto confirmed it occasionally happens that other the item or box gets double stamped with a serial number and that it does not matter as long as I have proof of purchase. I don't disagree with the pallet looking different. Obviously if the freight company was able to create such a massive crack in such an expensive toilet, they would be capable of damaging the pallet in transit/cracking it, or having to transfer the item to a new pallet. To this day I have not received a replacement or refund and I am out $9000. Do not do business with these people.

Dov was great to work with. I appreciate him taking the extra time to call after an order I placed looked incomplete. He was attentive and thoughtful without being pushy. I will certainly look to Quality Bath first next time I'm looking to shop for things for the house and business.

Sari was an amazing help. I was concerned because my medicine cabinets were supposed to ship almost a month ago and somehow she made several calls and got them to ship that very day. Now the project is going to run on time with our contractor, thank goodness.

Mimi in sales and Lea in warranty/parts are two pros! Years after I purchased our plumbing fixtures they are still there supporting their customers. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and responsibe. It it always a pleasure to do business with them and Quality Plumbing!

Akiva was extremely helpful in working with us on a complex order. We made multiple changes and he was very patient and accommodating. The prices were excellent as well.

Mordy is rude and does lot honor pricing. Looking for some carriers found them on Google which states 252.00 and click on their link and it goes to their homepage showing a different price of $355.00. Asked him about it and said the price is the price and doesn’t care to work with anybody showing a clear “Bait and Switch” they are doing which is Unethical, Unfair, Deceptive Business Practices

Even showed him and sent the price difference even stated to him after he said it appears to be an error I will work with him and purchase the carriers but not for 355.00 knowing he has a AD showing 252.98 with Free Shipping.

I was very pleased with the competitive price and delivery notices I received for a bidet I ordered from Quality Bath on 12/5/2025. They sent several updates on the progress of the order and were able to get it in stock and ship much faster than their initial estimate. The package was extremely well padded and the bidet was in excellent shape. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends.

Avi Weber was my sales consultant, and I could not recommend him highly enough. We are remodeling three bathrooms simultaneously. A large and complicated project. Not only was Avi incredibly responsive to my phone calls, emails, and texts, he reviewed my fixture choices in advance of conversations and brought forward alternative options when warranted. I completely trusted his expertise, and felt that he prioritized my needs / interests at all times. He was also extremely patient with me over the phone, asked good questions and listened to understand. I never felt like he was rushing me to a decision. Finally, Ari was willing and able to undo an ordering error on my part, which ultimately saved me significant dollars and resulted in better selections for my bathroom renovations. Quality Bath offered significant savings over the contractor's discounts I had been offered. I will definitely work with Avi and Quality Bath in the future.

Chaya was quick to assist and easy to work with. She was very helpful. Made our buying experience a breeze. There was an issue with the handle being slightly different color. And she reached out to the company and had them send a replacement. Very satisfied customer.

Adina made it so easy to process my return, Her instruction were explicit and easy to follow. She was also very responsive!

Akiva was fantastic to work with. We could not come to the showroom, but we had a good idea of what we wanted for our three bathroom and kitchen remodel. He was strongly recommended to us by our friends who had worked with him previously for their bathroom remodel as well. Akiva went above and beyond and helped us so much. It is very clear after working with Akiva why our friends thought so highly of him. He was extremely professional and very prompt and responsive. The prices were also highly competitive. I have already given his name to my plumber, contractor, and bathroom designer. This business and in particular Akiva have my absolute highest recommendations.

The customer service at Quality Bath was outstanding, and working with Eli made the experience truly exceptional. When ordering over the phone or online, you never quite know what to expect, but Eli was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. He guided me through each item, helping me stay within my budget while making confident decisions about major home purchases.
It’s incredibly rare these days to receive such thoughtful, attentive service. The fact that this company still answers the phone and returns calls promptly speaks volumes about its commitment to customers. I’m so grateful to have found them, and I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the near future.
