Very reliable and serviceable business. I've ordered from Quality Bath in two different occasions and have always been pleased with their service.

We had a delivery that was damaged when it arrived due to mistreatment during shipping. The problem was resolved immediately and I have had 3 different updates as the problem was fixed asap! Thank you for making it easy and getting the new part to me the same week.

Whenever I have a question, or need help with a product, Lea responds immediately. There is never a lag in email responses. She was able to get a replacement for a toilet seat that was out of warranty but the company replaced it as a courtesy. It's a pleasure dealing with her and Quality Bath.

I got individualized help with Quality Bath. I needed a front door handle that was one color on the outside, but different for inside. I didn't see this option online, but I told them about it and they were able to accommodate me. When one piece of my assembly failed, they handled the warranty claim for me with the manufacturer directly - I didn't have to contact them. The new part has already arrived. I would definitely purchase with them again.

I purchased several door levers with Quality Bath. My experience with Quality Bath became special when I noticed that one of the levers was missing a part; so during a subsequent purchase of a lever I added a note requesting the missing part. Adina received my note, requested the missing part from the supplier, and sent a message (and follow-up messages) telling me that she had taken care of the issue. I really appreciated her attention, help and follow-up!

I received speedy and knowledgeable assistance from the help online (Adina). She fully responded to my questions and sought assistance from the company that produced the hardware I was inquiring about.
