Quzo were excellent fast and professional but the pallet delivery company used insisted on delivery to the wrong address and then Quzo had no idea of the facts of the delivery.

The experience I had with this company was amazing, I was looking for a motherboard that would be compatible with the components that I had bought and this website had the motherboard I was looking for which was either too expensive on other websites or not present. The delivery was quick and to be honest it was quicker than I had expected it to be, again subject the where you are located and what time you order. The website was easy to navigate and the product came packed very well and in brand new condition, works without any flaws. If you find a product you’d like make sure to order it from here, the delivery time is great and to my own experience the price of the products listed are very reasonable and competitive with other companies!

I was looking for a while to invest in a new hifi system and was checking the prices and came across Quzo of which I hadn't heard of, They were advertising a Denon 41mini hifi system around £80 cheaper than anywhere else,I Googled reviews and information about Quzo and took gamble on them, I received exactly the system that I was looking for which came pretty quickly and was packaged very well, I was informed every step of the way concerning placing my order all the way to delivery, Was very dubious to start with but am very happy with the product,price and service hence my high rating, I would recommend them, with thanks.

Like a few others mentioned, I was a bit sceptical at first because of the affordable pricing. However i'm so glad I took the plunge because the amount of dedicated support from Richard at Quzo was superb.

I ordered a PC case (which was around £15 cheaper that competitors at the time) which arrived damaged. It appeared to be the fault of the manufacturer, not Quzo. I contacted Richard who swiftly organised a replacement unit. A swappable part of the second unit also came damaged (again it appeared to be a manufacturer fault) but Richard was patient and organised throughout and arranged for the manufacturer to send a replacement part.

As a result of Richard's fantastic customer support, I now have a completed PC build. Many thanks!
