Lousy website; lousy phone help
Lousy website when trying to log into one's account. "Sorry, we're having technical problems" (or somesuch) is all you get time and time again - wasting hours of your time. So, you're forced to use the phone, AND doubtless pay extra for the online changes you want to make. Wake up to the 21st century, RAC, damn you !
They responded to the above, asking me to ring them. But it took ages to get through, and when I did, the stupid man didn't recognise either my policy number or my car registration. Unbelievable ! What is wrong with you, RAC ?

I thought that I had renewed ,and…
I thought that I had renewed ,and changed my card,in July. For some reason my renewal did not get acknowledged, and I was informed on the 5th Aug that I was no longer covered. I immediately responded, and was told that the premium had risen by nearly £ 250
