Excellent service with prompt communication when I contacted them with specific requests. Racquet arrived promptly and in good condition.

Delivered within time stated when ordering and also a great price compared to other retailers.

The ball is very light and it's getting fly. The racket does not have the XL written and it's only matchpoint.

Josh hooked me up with a new racket off the website which was strung and delivered super quickly and efficiently. He helped me select a tension for the strings and the racket plays delightfully. Quick, easy and friendly service, would recommend!

I ordered a set of badminton rackets from this company and then requested to cancel soon after due to finding an amazon voucher which made it cheaper for me elsewhere.

They tried there best to price match and were very willing to do anything they could to help me with quick and clear communication.

I wanted to buy a racket as a surprise gift for my partner. I know nothing about squash and we have no local specialist store so I made a trip to Racketworld in Dudley. This was an *excellent* decision!

Josh worked with me to narrow down my partner's squash racket preferences and needs, and was able to make a few suggestions that covered a spectrum of prices. I wasn't steered towards the top end rackets, and there was no attempt to upsell.

There is an excellent range of rackets in the showroom, and plenty of choice from all of the big names. I'm really grateful to Josh for taking so much time to guide me towards the most suitable in terms of price and play.

I left with a Wilson Tempest Pro, and the assurance that Racketworld would work with me to exchange it if it wasn't right for my partner.

Turns out that Josh got it spot-on, partner says it is the best racket he's played with, by a long way.

And, when I looked up the Tempest Pro online, it looks like the Racketworld price is considerably lower than elsewhere too.
