Faulty product and abysmal customer service

Bought a Tecnifibre Carboflex 135 and on first use, the strings broke and separated from the frame. Contacted customer service for a replacement due to faulty product, and they refused and only offered to restring at my cost. Terrible customer service

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! Bought 2 weeks ago on Amazon, due delivery 2 days later but no still no racket. After delays stating delivery issues, turns out they had sold out, tried to offer a completely different racket that would be useless to me. Requested a refund again with complaint sent to Amazon. Terrible!

I bought four Prince Pro Shark…

I bought four Prince Pro Shark Powerbite 650 squash rackets from you, through Amazon. I have played with this racket for three years. This rackets is supposed to have a frame-weight (unstrung) of 129 grams. The rackets that were delivered to me, have a frame weight of 170 grams. Consequently, it is a totally different racket. There is no visual difference, from the ones I already have - leading me to the conclusion, that the product sold to me, was a FAKE!

Subsequently, Racketworld have claimed not to be responsible, for the products they have sold to me, and directed me to take it up with Prince. So Racketworld are not responsible, for what they choose to sell? They do not check their goods?
