Not for the first time R&T customer service is at a very high standard. Attending the showroom to speak to Mark about a Stihl Kombi pole pruner. Expert and honest advice ( on all Stihl equipment ), with no hard or pushy sell. Then the best price to be found anywhere and the swift delivery post purchase, within 24 hours standard free delivery. Very easy to order online. What more can I say ?
I am a non professional user of their products but will always go to them for all of my gardening equipment and recommend that you do too, you will not be disappointed

Could have had a bit more contact regarding delivery as when I chased having not heard for two weeks was told that the brush cutter I had ordered was out of stock. The issue was sorted and an alternative was given and delivered in two days. Overall a good experience.
