I bought a ticket for the wrong date by mistake and immediately emailed this company and they won’t change the ticket date. It’s obviously a mistake so now I have to buy a new ticket out of pocket.

In April I booked a number of journeys with Deutsche Bahn (DB) in July. Close to the date of travel, DB emailed to inform me of significant changes to train times which meant I missed connections and would not reach my destination stations as planned. At no point did Rail Europe contact me to offer help with rearranging my train journeys nor give advice on how I could seek refunds or compensation for my disrupted travel in Germany. Rail Europe simply took my money in April then left me to sort out the problems caused by DB’s inability to run an efficient service.

I kept getting locked out by your system using either my Mac Notebook or my iPhone on BOTH your website and your app. Only after I went to. a Windows desktop was I able to get the transaction completed.

Easy to use web site
. Need to be clearer with more information on the actual arrival station. Requested arrival station Paris Est when requested station is Montparnasse. The small print indicating actual arrival station is Paris Est easily overlooked and confusing for tourists.

When I made the reservation I paid for seat selection, however, once I received the tickets there were no seats indicated. We had to board the general seating car and were lucky to find seats.
