Very satisfied, and really speed response to my request for modification.

Worst ever experience.
Made a mistake on booking and we couldn't alter, change or cancel.
No full refund given.
Will never use or recommend this company to anyone..
Even tourist companies in Japan either hadn't heard of them or said they were dodgy.
Do yourself a favour DONT USE THEM.

Due to an unexpected change in my flight schedule, I had problems with my train ticket because the times wouldn't work out. Tickets were easy to purchase. Customer service was very helpful as I was going to miss my train trying to see Mount Fuji. They explained the policy and shared that I can catch a later train.

Booked with rail monsters thinking they were cheaper. The Jpy shown for our journey from Osaka to Tokyo on the bullet train was a good price. Then when I coverted to Au it then became dearer. I should have stuck with klook.

As a 1st timer using railmonsters.com booking Nozomi tickets in Japan. it's easy but somehow got into making double bookings that I wasn't aware of. Perhaps it may be caused by the fast systems absorbing data!
Double clicking could be the culprit!

Rail monsters are great and the best ticketing, I booked my family for tickets few hours before their travel schedule and after the payment i have received an email says that the tickets will be issued within 12hours which is more than the remaining hours of their travel and i become very frustrated and sent a quick email requesting to help me to get either the tickets now or the refunds and within minutes i have received the tickets in PDF file and my email responses explaining the previous email and apology for the confuse.

Rail Monsters is really a great website to book your tickets with very easy steps and above all, they do respond swiftly on any of our queries like ticket not issued, upgradation, information on train etc., I support and recommend to use to all folks!

The ordering process and tickets issued on a timely manner. The rides were smooth both coming and going. The taxi ride back to my hotel as also easy from Shin-Osaka Station. Great overall experience!

Tokyo station was a bit hectic while Kyoto was very easy.

Our biggest issues is that we we not sure if we needed a paper ticket (or not). Once we realized we could just scan our QR code we were good. I recommend making that more clear (if possible).
