Love Railway, as an alternative to Big-3 devils
We have been developing consistently on the railway and adding more services. I haven't seen any risks for our pre-production environments
There's no easier way to deploy than with Railway!
There's no easier way to deploy than railway! Our company uses quite a few contract web developers. Its SO incredibly easy to spin up a project, deploy a stack (from either a template or from a Github), and they can adjust any of the variables. Have issues with their code? easy.. add another developer to the project, and merge stacks between the two. Seriously, this tool has been a gamechanger for us.

I’ve been experiencing a clear technical issue on Railway. I provided detailed, step-by-step explanations and timings, but the support team repeatedly failed to understand the problem or provide any meaningful assistance.
This lack of technical comprehension and problem-solving makes the service unreliable for serious projects.

Unreliable, their proxies always have problem and their platforms get down many times.

Railway.app Review. It has a serious issue with billing and privacy (yes, for paying customers). Before you even open an account, check their "support" forum and discord channel.
Also, check the reviews here. Support DOES NOT exist at all. They claim that Billing Support it's a Premium Service, it must be the right of a paying customer. Even as a paying customer, you get ZERO billing support.
They want you to ask for BILLING help in a forum, as if anyone would be so naive to consult billing matters with a stranger.
But that is not the worst part.
If you post any questions in their support forum, you get bombarded by so called "community moderators" who immediately tell you are 100% wrong, because then claim that as community moderators, they have access to your data and billing. How do the GDPR and Privacy Laws work here? The community moderators' arrogance and ignorance make you wonder how is Railway.App still in business.
Save yourself a really bad experience and use another company. They may have been one of the few hosting companies in 2023 but that is not the case now. Don't let community moderators access your projects and billing info and stay away.
Clue for Railway management: Use a chatbot, at least your company does not have to be destroyed by the rude community "moderators" who claim to have access to private user data.

Very very bad service and expansive. Till I use the railway server my chatbot always bug every seconde.
Good service for middle-high sized projects.
Best service, community support (community.railway.app) is which helped me most (not their useless discord server chats). Their Discord for discussing issues is what I hate about them.
No support if you need it
Does not provide support through normal methods, and instead forces users to use discord instead of email, which is less secure if you have personal information.

Best hosting you can use. They provide one of the most easy ways to host your projects. It's fast and very cheap. Also their customer service is good, they are always ready to help you!

I can't confidently say if Railway.app has good or bad customer service, as their customer service is impossible to get hold of. I need help verifying my account and can't get any sort of response from anyone. They point you towards their discord but guess what... a verified account is needed. This along with their recent price hikes, means I would avoid.

The worst service in my journey, no any facility provided eg;wifi, entertainment display not working and staff providing meal he not confirmed to passenger you have not booked meal in the reservation, you have to pay chargeable basis, very expensive meal other than restaurant very bad experience in my hole journey
