I had to do the day 0 to 2 Lateral flow after coming to UK from abroad. I ordered the test on 28th of January 2022, and it did not arrive till 09/feb/2022. The booking got turned out to be useless. Upon contacting with support , the responsibility was always brushed off to Royal Mail to deliver. The tracking number given to me never worked and the customer support ( outsourced) is very rude and always copy paste the terms those says 48 hours delivery. Wont suggest anyone to go with this company .

Test results not delivered on time. Only 9 days after testing. They claim it’s my fault as it was next to Xmas break, however, no one was on holidays. Asked my money back, and they didn’t send it!

I RECOMEND FINDING ANOTHER COMPANY AS THIS ONE IS UNPROFESSIONAL.

Terrible experience. Tried to buy 2 tests, one went through, the other charged my card and they are refusing to send a test or refund. Basically theft.

I ordered two test kits which arrived the following day. When we returned from our travels we did the tests and put them into the boxes and registered the tests on line. I took them to a priority posting box and could not get the boxes through the mouth of the posting box because the boxes were very thick. I had to go home and look up another priority posting box and luckily that one was ok. Two days later my husband's test result arrived but mine did not. I then had to chase them up for the result and eventually it came through. I wrote to them to tell them of my dissatisfaction re the boxes and timing of the test result and, basically, they could not give a damn. I used this company in October 2021 and everything was fine but this time they have caused me a lot of anxiety and have let me down.

The tests (Day 2 Antigen) took 3 to 4 days to arrive but once they did the rest was quick and easy enough to do. I received my certificate an hour later after sending in my result. I would use this service again as it was also one of the cheapest I could find on the government website.

Never arrived the test!! SCAM do not waste your money and time!

scam. taking money and not sending out test kits. even though they are on the gov.uk website they are scammers and taking money for 2 test kits and still no reply after 5 days of waiting. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Do not use this company unless you have nerves of steel and are not bothered about missing a flight. Web links to their Covid results provider did not work. Tried to access results/certificate from their web site to be told 'Internal server error'. Horrendous experience

Waiting over 48 hours for a result for my wife after it has been delivered by royal mail.

Try phoning them you are cut off in the que, cut off when put on hold then told after your que position is 1 we cannot take your call. Ring them and see for yourself before you waste your well earned money.

This is a terrible company. I bought 2-Day PCR Tests for arrivals in the UK as per government guidelines and never received my results. I have since left the UK and have not been able to receive a refund despite reaching out several times. Two months later, still no result and still no news. I do not recommend this service.

This company is a rip-off. I paid £53, got a test through the post. Did the test and sent it back. They never sent me a result. I have written to them 4 times and they say they will help me, but then that's it. Twice they have asked for all the info under the sun, which I supplied, but still nothing. I am disgusted.

Worst company ever. Avoid at all cost

I sent for 4 Antigen tests 2 weeks ago, and when I didn't receive them, I emailed to which they said that they had been sent back as the address was incorrect. They sent me the address they apparently sent them to which was correct.

They have said if I want them sending out again it will cost me £14. I asked for a refund and they have said I am unable to have one as they were dispatched.

Fit to flight tests arrived on time, done by simple phone app, certificate received after 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

Terrible company, did not deliver the test results on time, costing me a lot of money.

Missed my flight, had to pay for another rapid test at the airport incurred additional transport and accommodation costs as the following flight wasn't until the next day.

They finally delivered the result 5 days later, refusing to give me a refund and blaming royal mail for not delivering it despite the royal mail tracking showing it had arrived 7 days prior and their phone operators confirming that with us the day after it arrived.

Absolute scumbags make me angry. Please avoid them and don't give them any more money

Very good service, although it seemed my result was misplaced but as soon as I showed them proof of postage. Had my results straight away. I found the instructions were good, step by step and all queries answered straightaway. Very good service overall.

This is a scam

I sent in my PCR test sample and they received it on the 24th December 2021. It is the 24th January 2022 and I have yet to receive the result.

They also refuse to process me a refund for services not rendered. I will be reporting them to the NHS in an attempt to have them removed from the authorised list of vendors to conduct tests and take it further in any way possible.

I waited 40 mins to receive my test. No apology or compensation offered. Shocking service.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life….I haven’t received my PCR results after a lapse of 63 hours and 8-10 voice calls. Everyone lies and lies.
May I request everyone to avoid getting services from Rainbow Lab. Regards

Avoid at all costs. Day 10 and still waiting for test results. I’ve sent so many emails and made so many phone calls. Four other tests were cancelled within 3 hours of ordering so clearly before dispatch and yet they are refusing a refund.
