I am contacting you once again regarding a €1,000 transaction originating from my account on a gaming platform, which remains unresolved.
I have already contacted your support team more than 40 times by email regarding this matter. On multiple occasions, I was simply asked to wait. Despite all these emails and the amount of time that has passed, I have still received no concrete solution.
Ramp has also stated that the transaction was rejected by my bank. If this is the case, I formally request documentary evidence of the rejection, the exact transaction reference, and a clear explanation of what happened to the €1,000. If the funds were returned or released, please provide the exact date, amount, and reference of the return.
I also need to formally correct another statement made by Ramp: I never requested the closure of my Ramp account. If you maintain that my account was closed at my request, please provide evidence showing when, how, and through which communication channel I supposedly requested this closure.
After more than 40 emails, another automated response simply asking me to wait is not acceptable. I am requesting that this case be immediately escalated to the appropriate payments/compliance team and manually investigated.
I require a clear and documented written response confirming:
the exact status of the €1,000 transaction, what happened to the funds, the relevant transaction/tracing references, and the precise reason and evidence for the closure of my account.
Please treat this as a formal complaint and provide a concrete resolution as soon as possible.
Kind regards,
Mohsen Ehsani Kian

I opened a Ramp Network account to sell crypto I couldn't sell on Bitpay
As soon as I transfered my crypto the app locked me out with no explanation
I have called and sent many emails with no response
The sight says I still have access to my crypto however it won't let me sell it , transfer it or send it to another app.
So Ramp Network has essentially stolen my crypto.
This company is very shady with no customer support.
All I want is access to my crypto to get it off of Ramp Network

TERRIBLE! Absolutely no customer service, even though they claim they have it. Link in Support to Create a Ticket just keeps sending you to their FAQ page. Completely typical low life crypto company. Disgusted. The app sends you to their webpage for support, and their webpage says to use the app. Typical crypto scammer app. And, they held back 25, but absolutely no explanation anywhere in the app, the web, or my account transaction record. Don’t use this app. It’s not even optimized to fit a phone display, despite being a phone app. Do not use them - they have cute graphics, sort of, but no substance at all. And their phone support says they can’t answer your call but you can leave a voicemail. Why not list an e-mail address???
RESPONSE TO RESPONSE: A non-response, in defense of a ‘party line’. Didn’t address the circular-functioning Contact Us, or inability to place a support concern. Didn’t offer to help address my original concern or my lack of ability to place a support request ticket. Instead, wasted empty words of self-defense of previous years of existence & the fact that they’re regulated. All business in the U.S. is ‘regulated’, which has nothing to do with Ramp’s lack of support. No support, no understanding, no customer service. Querulous is the word that comes to mind. Almost an arrogant disregard for a customer seeking support. Indeed, they seemed to suggest I might consider requesting support, when my Negative Review is based on being Unable to Request Support. Wow. Now even less impressed than before. How about a ‘half star’ review?

I sent 2,740 USDC to Ramp in order to sell these cryptocurrencies. In the app, I received a message saying that the transaction had failed during the final verification checks. Since then, I have been waiting for my refund. This happened on July 30, and ever since then I have been trying to contact the company to find out what happened and get information about my refund, but I have received no response. I sent emails, tried contacting them through X and other social media platforms, and I still have not received any reply. At this point, I am already coming to terms with the fact that I may have to take legal action to recover my money. What impresses me most is the company's lack of commitment to its customers.
