Very fast and competent support

Very fast and competent support. The tech guys really know what they are doing. Upgrade ticket raised on a Sunday, got responses on the Sunday, and then fully completed Monday morning. Great service, great price, been with them for years. Got my friend to buy his first seedbox over the weekend, and he's enjoying the service too.

Fast. High quality.

I've been using the service for several months. Everything was great. Today, I encountered some difficulties. I contacted support, and they helped me very quickly. They practically didn't require any action from me. Now everything is fine again. I'm happy. I tried different seedboxes in the past, but I decided to stick with this one because I couldn't find anything better. Thank you very much for the high-quality service. I recommend it to everyone!

I appreciate RapidSeedbox

Ronal was excellent and assisted me with my issue and got me a conclusion very quickly. I appreciate that RS has more than just the AI service as the human side resolved my issue easily. I still appreciated the tech shooting that I was recommended, but it unfortunately did not resolve the issue and the AI lacked what the human side could troubleshoot. Still great service.

Solid Customer Support

Just go for this provider, easy and fast.

Customer support has always been amazing. Pricing is decent, only drawback is upgrading or changing plans, then you need to either move the data yourself, or nuke the data you have and start over. Not a big deal in the whole scheme of things. Customer support also helped me here.

Plug and Play - High Cost Per TB

Really user friendly but for a cost. If you want plug and play, it's a great choice. If you can figure out how to setup a debian or ubuntu on ur own, or with chatGPT, find another seedbox. I will say they have great customer service, I had an issue where my IO was worse than normal (IO isn't great to begin with) they jumped in and handled the issue and offered a credit for the trouble. The 10gbps speed is unfounded on my end, I have yet to hit over 100 MiBs on very well seeded torrents. To summarize. Great for plug and play but only 5.5tb of space and "meh" IO. Another spot I found was not plug and play but im getting RAID 6 w. 40tb of data (22tb usable space).

Not the company it was a year ago, Support now takes 24 hours, customer service dismissive of their own issues, even after demonstrating server sided issues. Been with them just over 2 years, 1st year was great, only a couple of hiccups dealt with promptly, this year both issues took along time to get any response. Cheaper seedboxes out there that offer a better levels of support.

6 weeks and starting to have issues that support deny any infomartion of.

Had the furious service no less than 6 weeks, 2nd bill paid and now i'm starting to have issues with the plex install.

Pre-buffer issues mainly, looking at the debugging, it seems there is huge packet loss within 1 minute of starting a video stream.

I use this as my main offsite streaming server for interactive displays. Multiple video streams have started, then after 60-90 seconds fails and will not re-load.

Support seem as baffled as me.

Now canceled my service. Moving to ultraseed.co based in manchester UK.

P.S, i've tried RSB three times now, just can't swallow a $79 bill for a non-functioning server!!
