Superb support from Sergey!

Today I had some issues, and Sergey went above and beyond to help. Whenever I have a problem with anything related to my seedbox, the support team is always available and truly helpful. I am being helped fast and professionally

I am being helped fast, and very professionally. I am using the services for a long time already and I am so happy that the few times I need support, they are really amazing. The pricing is also very good. When you look at the competition where I was in the past, support by the competition was not fast and not professional. Rapidseedbox really stands out from the crowd!

By comparison RapidSeedbox is Ryanair, they make you pay for the lifejacket upgrade while you drown.

RapidSeedbox is a frustrating and disappointing service. In the beginning it was slightly above average, but now it’s just mediocre. As long-time user of other similar services, and nearly a year of RapidSeedbox. As a comparison RapidSeedbox is Ryanair, they make you pay for the lifejacket while you drown.
I wanted a simple, no-frills seedbox, but RapidSeedbox intentionally cripples their lower-tier plans… by basic features… not by speed.
From the very first day I noticed they disabled autodl from automatically running tor files on ruT v3, saving them instead, removing one of its most basic features. However, it was still accessible within the autodl filters, something more advance users would know of, it was an unnecessary hassle but at least it was functional.
From the first time I contacted support, it was clear that English wasn’t their first language. While there were no major communication issues, responses were sometimes curt, and a few times I had to explain myself twice to get a clear answer.
They outright admitted they make the lower plans purposely inconvenient to force upgrades. Terrible added value proposition and questionable business practices as it shows that they don’t value you as a customer, they only value you as a pay check.
Recently they rolled out rut v5, with no option to opt out. Sadly, without warning this erased all my settings and filters. No mention in emails to save or back up anything. To make things worse, they completely stripped the autodl features from lower-tier users, making their seedboxes practically useless.
That day I sent two service support requests. The first one on an unrelated matter (resetting the browser cache so the new GUI would function correctly. It still is not 100%) they responded within 3 hours. The next request, maybe 50 minutes later, a question about where are the missing autodl features were, they have ignored and follow up requests for the last 2 days.
If you're looking for a fairly priced and good value seedbox, look elsewhere. On the low tier packages, they restrict the basic features all other seedbox companies provide, making them bad value and expensive. On Higher tiers it is overpriced and ladened with features an average use doesn’t need.
RapidSeedbox and always trying to upsell you, not trying to provide good customer experience.

I have submitted a ticket and told you.. but now you want me to submit it again and tell you again

Better than more expensive seedboxes

i paid for 9$ seedbox plan, in the beginning i thought the down/up speed is slow (up10-50, Down 50-150) but i built amazing Ratios on many trackers even on the hard seeding ones. then i joined seedboxes.cc for 16$ and it was awful move and my Ratios was awful (Up les than 2 MB download less than 5 MB). Now i'm back with them for 9$ again and fixed all my nuked Ratios.
the only problem with them is after 20 days the speed get slower and i hope they fix that .

Used to be great. Not so much anymore. Look elsewhere.

I've been using RapidSeedbox for over a year and was initially very pleased. Now that's all changed! I have a problem with about half of my completed torrents not working and have been unable to get ANY help from the support staff. When you first try, you get trapped in multiple chatbot windows offering help files that don't apply. I finally got to a real person where I sat with an open window waiting for them to find any sort of solution to my problem. Finally I gave up and they promised to send me an email. It's been over 2 weeks and all I've received is emails asking me to review the support I got from the bot. I would recommend that if you are looking for a first seedbox, you look elsewhere. I may do that but it would be a huge hassle for me to switch.

Very slow and apps are outdated

So i was looking at seedboxes i came across rapidseedbox.
Main website itself is well designed and presentable-but honestly that is about it.
Purchased a seedbox from them and the problems begun almost immediately.
You go into the control panel where the 1click installers are,there are about 5-6 different headings adn the one in particular is called (Conflicting apps).
Conflicting apps are installed by default so many of them are conflicting straight away and that is on a fresh seedbox no user interaction needed there.
Installed an application and straight away got certificate errors and could not even access the application.
Contacted support supposedly 24/7 initially it is a bot that asks you a multitude of questions basically the option there is to sort it yuorself or at least the way that the bot behaves gives you that feling.
6 Hours later Support responded i don't call that good customer service especially for a new customer.
The issue still remains with the certificate error-but i am leaving it at that to be honest as the reply time isn't worth even bothering about at this point.

The speed is very very slow when you try to install or uninstall applications it basically crawls unlike other services i have used in the past.
Dashboard is slow.

Default user can't be changed although you can reset the password on the applications which again all have the same default password-Not secure.
Overalll i Do not recommend this company for a seedbox,it is very dissapointing indeed,many factors contributed to this.
