Rapidseedbox support staff are always very fast and super helpful to resolve any questions or issues you may have. I have asked them for assistance in the past and always have my issues or questions resolved. quickly and easily. Most of the time my issues revolve around how to take advantage of a sale price as I have had very few actual technical issues over the last 9 years that I have been using their services.

Best Seedbox service ever (and I've tried a lot of them)
- 4K streaming work like a charm even with big file
- File transfert is fast in every protocol you need
- Customer service is awesome.
- User interface is simple, and very powerfull

Outdated Apps and Slow Performance
1. Outdated versions.
2. If you argue with them, they tell you to purchase a higher tier so you can update the apps!
3. Their seedbox takes time to read/check the files.
4. Not worth the subscription.
In 2023, they told me, "We'll refer your suggestions to the tech team!" Guess what? It’s the end of 2024, and they're still using the same outdated apps.

Great service and product for the price.
Running a VPS and there are lots of apps and packages that can be installed out of the box. All of it is easy to do and manage. All for a great price point!
